*Dr Samuel Mbakwe did not loot Imo state treasury or lands. He died a simple man, no wonder he was buried like an Executive Governor, by the ten Governor, Chief Achike Udenwa*.
_He did not build any additional house of his own, during and after his tenure as a Governor, only his white house at Avutu Obowo, which he built earlier._
