That you are a minister doesn't mean you are hearing from God.
Our sharpness in hearing God is in our times of deep personal fellowship with God through the Holy Spirit.

The society is now built on a system that makes us so busy that its impossible to hear God speak to us.

As Jesus and the disciples continued on their way to Jerusalem, they came to a certain village where a woman named Martha welcomed him into her home. Her sister, Mary, sat at the Lord’s feet, listening to what he taught. But Martha was distracted by the big dinner she was preparing. She came to Jesus and said, “Lord, doesn’t it seem unfair to you that my sister just sits here while I do all the work? Tell her to come and help me.”

For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world.

Many may have not be taken by lust of the eye or the flesh but many who are considered godly are entangled with the pride of life.

Pride of Life expresses the desire to bring attention to ones self.

So many people are in ministry for this very reason. They crave for the attention men of God gets so they want to be pastors, apostles, prophets etc.

Who you are or what you do may not be sin but the reasons for your choices can be the sin.

This is why God works on his sons and daughters before he gives them influence.

Rise Mighty Man of Valour God want to give you the nations but you busy asking for bedroom.
Our carnal desire limits us. It makes us to be shallow minded, so we never see the bigger picture.

God wants to give you a great burden. God will lift you up to fulfill it.

RELEASING CONTROL TO HIM
All the time I made serious effort to succeed I failed. When I stopped hoping on my ability especially when I know I have come to the point I can do nothing to help myself but just trust God for any outcome He wanted - God just end up surprising me better than I would have done for myself.
It took a while for me to understand that God wanted me to rest and trust solely on Him.

Am still struggling sometimes to let go of control.

The nature of the flesh is sinful. The presence of the Holy Spirit gives us another alternative to manifest a beautiful mindset called the fruit of the Holy Spirit.

Why does Christians still manifest the cravings of the flesh?

Fasting and Quoting God's Word - (Spiritual Warfare Tools)

There are powerful misconceptions about these two.
Powerful in the sense that these misconceptions has choked many answered prayers.

1. Many think fasting is a self torture to bring out pity or somehow push God to do what he has refuse to do for you.
This is why many fasted but no result because they have defined the person of God with wickedness through such understanding.

2. Many thinks and even says quoting the word of God reminds God of His promises.
Is God a forgetful God? Of course not.

I think after today your one day fasting will be more powerful and effective if you throw away the old for the right understanding.

*Fasting is to suppress our carnal mindset so that we may be able to hear God's leading clear enough to help us receive answer to prayers. It's like this, what you feed is stronger. During fasting you don't feed flesh but the spirit with God's Word. This is why fasting without intensive God's word and prayers is pointless.

* Quoting God's word in prayers is meant to remind our mind of God's promises to help our own mind build faith based on our legal rights to receive what we ask as written in the scriptures.

I pray these understanding becomes a visual reality to our mind in Jesus mighty name Amen.

Balanced Diet
When you focus on carbohydrates alone you get sick. When you focus on eating protein alone you still get sick.
Research has proven that a lot of sickness are deficiency in certain class of food.

Church denominations in many places are naturally focused in certain aspect of the word of God negating the other. Some focus on Teaching, some dress code, some speaking in tongues etc.
As such too much stress may be placed in error in a bit to make one denomination better than the other.
A denomination may be so focused on teaching but skip the teaching on speaking in tongues or baptism of the Holy Spirit. Some may stress baptism of the Holy Spirit but forget Holiness.

Understanding balance diet we know many denomination is sick.

The Fullness of the word of God is the health of the Church.

I spent a lot of times hanging around older people as a teenager. Some were group of young men searching for the right person. And the other group were married men for years.

I later saw the philosophy that led to the choices of the young men in marriage.
I saw the pain of the married. Through out I was silent only asking little question from the married ones.

It helped me a lot.
Humility, and total dependence on God is the solution.

Backup singers raising their voices higher than lead sing.
Keyboardist pushing volume higher than all.
Drummer doing the same etc.
At the end of the day all we have is noise.
Let's tell ourselves the truth, this is the manifestation of self in the church of God.
This says a lot about not just the musical state but also the spiritual state of the church.
A minister who sees anyone not connecting or quiet during ministration as a sinner is now busy disconnected and noisy when another minister is ministering.

We came to church to exalt Jesus not ourselves. Who we are reflects on everything we do.
Maturity is self examination to make self correction easy.

Simpleton's Opinion
(The Book of Wisdom)

The mistake most people make is to try to use reasoning to open the eyes of a simpleton But that's like looking for a tree in the desert.

The understanding of simpleton is momentarily emotional so is their loyalty.

Void of emotions or emotional manipulation a wise person understand what is right even when gain is not in view as oppose to simpleton's.

Helping a simpleton consistently is like paying for daily loyalty. It's better you waited for the last minute, that's what they will remember.

Simpleton can betray you for 10 percent of what they can gain from your enemy now as against the 100 percent they will get later.

In summary, the simpleton stay in one dot and form opinions while the wise connects the dots.
Proverbs 14:15
BBE: The simple man has faith in every word, but the man of good sense gives thought to his footsteps.

Those who manipulate people on Facebook or other means to hate and insult the innocent must have believed that they are communicating with a simpleton.

Satan Stole our power through obedience to him, so stop empowering Satan in your life through SIN. 2. Satan's free gift comes with a heavy price. It's meant to steal from you. 3. Do not go the easy way to achieve success in life, easy route is a trap. PAY THE PRICE.
