METHOD 1:
Look for ananse dokono as it is called in twi but Lantana Camara in English.

Pluck enough quantity of the leaves and the flowers.

Wash it thoroughly.

Put them in a pot and add water.

Boil for 10-20 minutes.

Adults should drink half cup every morning, afternoon and evening.

Children should be given their small cup morning, afternoon and evening.

Babies from 6 months should be given a teaspoon 3× daily.

OR

METHOD 2:
Pluck enough quantity of the leaves and the flowers.

Put it in a silver or a pot and fry it till it turns brown.

Blend or grind it.

Sieve it out to get a fine powder.

Get a pure honey and mix the powder in it.

Adults should take 3tbsp before meals every morning, afternoon and evening.

Children should take 1tbsp before meals every morning, afternoon and evening.

Babies from 6 months to 1yr should be given a teaspoon morning, afternoon and evening.

It does not cause any harm if u are not able to take it in the afternoon.

You will sweat very much when u start consuming it and u will notice it is working and of course it will clear other sicknesses too.

You will have a very sharp brain and remember every single thing that happens around u.

The child will remember everything being taught in school and will start performing well.

You will notice massive changes after 1 week for both adults and children.

It is very effective for students and elderly people who have reached their menopausal and andropausal stage....
