From an early age, I harboured a deep desire to be an independent woman, breaking free from societal limitations and carving out my path to success. Thanks to my mum who encouraged, supported and believed in my abilities, I learned never to underestimate myself or compare myself with others who had already achieved their goals. I was taught, instead, to work tirelessly and surpass them.

Coming to the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) was just another great opportunity for me. I remember sitting on my bed one evening pondering on different ways to generate income while maintaining my integrity and academic priorities. I wanted something that I don't have to be afraid or ashamed of when people know that is what I do, something that my mum will hear of and be proud that she brought me up well and not be disappointed. Lastly, I needed something that will give me enough time to focus on my education.
