I don't know who this is for, but all those contracts people have constantly said NO to you.

You know you merit it, but they never give it to you.

I am telling you now, that the Lord says its your turn.

You that is reading me and hearing the sound of my voice.

You will get that contract and it will be more than all those other ones they have denied you.

Your star is beginning to shine.

I will lift my eyes to the hills from whence cometh my help!

My help cometh from the one who made heaven and earth.

Dear Lord, you will never allow us become a laughing stock to anyone.

When life seem to be about to make sense, may it not slip out of our hands, Lord.

May the blood of Jesus speak for us even when we are absent.

Amen

Yesterday, we had the honour of welcoming the World Bank team, led by Dr. Joy Agene, and the Federal Project Management Team, headed by Dr. Abdulhamid Umar, to Benue State for the Implementation Support Mission of the Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (ACReSAL) project.

Together, we unveiled 33 new tractors, which will benefit over 33,000 households annually and help reduce crime by promoting farming activities among our youth. We also launched the Community Revolving Fund Scheme, disbursing over N380 million in loans to support our farmers and revitalise agricultural practices.

Our administration is fully committed to addressing the challenges of climate change, environmental degradation, and low agricultural productivity. Through ACReSAL, we are implementing vital initiatives such as establishing plant nurseries, setting up agroforestry research centres, reforestation projects, and introducing drought-resistant crops. These efforts are aimed at improving community livelihoods and bolstering our institutional frameworks.

We call on the World Bank and ACReSAL to continue their invaluable support by facilitating the creation of access roads for our farmers, reducing post-harvest losses, and connecting rural farmers to markets.

I would like to thank the entire project team for their continued support. It’s important to support ACReSAL to have a friendlier environment to work more effectively, and so we are immediately creating an agency for ACReSAL for the sustainability of the project.

RE-ADOPTED NATIONAL ANTHEM.

Nigeria We Hail Thee

"Nigeria, we hail thee,
Our own dear native land,
Though tribe and tongue may differ,
In brotherhood, we stand,
Nigerians all, and proud to serve
Our sovereign Motherland.

Our flag shall be a symbol
That truth and justice reign,
In peace or battle honour’d,
And this we count as gain,
To hand on to our children
A banner without stain.

O God of all creation,
Grant this our one request,
Help us to build a nation
Where no man is oppressed,
And so with peace and plenty
Nigeria may be blessed."
