The 2023 Frontline Benue state governorship aspirant on the platform of the ruling All Progressives congress cm philanthropist, Engr Emmanuel Ibya has expressed his heartfelt congratulations to Erudite Professor Bem Agwe on his federal government appointment as Chairman, governing board of the national business and technical examination board (NABTEB) .

Benue born business mogul cm philanthropist has described the assassination of co philanthropist as setback and disaster to Tiv,Benue and Nigeria.
