The Use of Voucher
It should become part of the NACDAfrica Affricative Model Villages in Africa for Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide coming into the three sites from 18 May, 2024.
The use of non-currency vouchers is a novel introduction into NACDAfrica Agenda wherein members do not abuse the national currency on our locations. The voucher system will be improved when the Affricative Cooperative Societies are fully ready for operations by managing our cash reserve throughout the year with prudence.
The block donations stamp voucher shall be the first to be initiated to close the gap ahead of other non financial tools on sites at the Carnival, Industrial Park, and Marketport.
The Cooperative Treasurer shall organize a seamless method of handling financial dealings on the three camps to be a located as follows:
a. NACDAfrica Obagwu Cooperative shall handle City of Igbochi site and all payments therein on behalf of the Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide and I Am Afrikaan Limited.
b. NACDAfrica Ahi AlijobhCooperative shall handle Industrial Technology Village, Ojuwo Ajigegwu site and all payments therein on behalf of the Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide and I Am Afrikaan Limited.
c. NACDAfrica Egume Ome Cooperative shall handle International Farmers Commodity Exchange and Merchantport, Obagwu Ogane site and all payments therein on behalf of the Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide and I Am Afrikaan Limited.
The above shall become effective as soon as all relevant details are available for there activation after 18 May, 2024. Each Cooperative shall become a clearing House for cash calls daily with intelligence monitoring mechanism to boost the proposed traffic and trade volumes in due course for Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide on site.
Nobody would be allowed to bring in cash into the premises.

Reminder:
In the wake of 2019, exactly 30th March, I was permitted with hitted instructions to lead Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide back to Africa in readiness for the upbuilding of the New Afrikaan Civilization and Development Agenda 13 Lots on the continent of Africa for it had drifted from the original promise being the Eden.
The following month 8 April, 2019 having lost the startup will to drive the movement, I was further guided to heed to the message and hewn it in N'Djamena, Chad. I proceeded to enter an Affidavit of my dream same day. After several consultations with the Chad Embassy in Abuja, in July I proceeded to hewn on touching down the soil of N'Djamena to fulfill my dream.
Upon returning to Nigeria, efforts to commence official documentation for the Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide started until 5th December, 2019 it was granted.
Securing the public interest document is one of the steps to actualization of my dream.
On the 18th May, 2024 would be debut of the most glorious continental unification of indigenous people's languages centre for activation of my dream in physical manifestation.
Many of you who follow me must first drop behind the mentality as before. The end of such civilization had come and waved during the COVID-19 era for collective responsibility in the New Afrikaan Civilization and Development Agenda for Africa.
With the NACDAfrica 2019 which marks "Year of Return " end of 400 years of captivity of Africans on plantation farms in the United States and many other continents. The Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide set the new stable for NACDAfrica Agenda for Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide through the turbulence until 2024.
The commissioning of the City of Igbochi shall Herald a new horizon for the actualization of the I Am Afrikaan Movement for global convergence.

A new Afritocracy Act will be entered on Saturday 18 May, 2024 at the City of Igbochi for Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide to massively mobilize funds towards it's upbuilding. The NACDAfrica Cultural Epicenter and Carnival Centre shall become a pivotal for universal language revitalization into creative arts consciousness and repository of ancient cultures and traditional knowledge theatre for Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide.
With the commissioning of a common resources site being the first "EAE 14 Dynasty City Settlement" on the continent of Africa, the starting point shall be the InvestAfrica Projects Fund and Ending shall be donated to the University wherein Africa 55 Nations government would be granted the ownership jointly with Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide membership.
As the date draws closer, the association wish to remind everyone intending to participate that it is not recruiting workers at this time for the projects rather, it's a communal contributions by volunteers that has kept the 'My Dream for Afrikaans Worldwide ' active for the past five years running. At the appropriate time, organizations will emerge to employ individuals strictly based on NACDAfrica County recommendations.

I use this medium to appreciate you all even though activities in many County development has not started as such your responsibility is stalled until the cooperative starts activities.
Let me us this medium to remind us that funding generated from each of the site will be put on trust with the cooperative to implement community development projects for the members in each county. Active County with over 50 members will be profiled to start benefiting from the cooperative upon approval after assessment by the City Council and must be monitored by them when funds are released by the cooperative to the County. Equally to note that the payment of N500 block levy is paid once by every county members and non members will continue to pay anytime they visit the site as a minimum benchmark for entry fee to public. Only approved county members can enter free upon showing their booklets with the block donation stamps duly signed by the inspectors.
Take note as we move into critical development projects stages ahead of 18 May, 2024.
However, on NACDAfrica Cultural Renaissance DAY 2024 attendance will be free to all but Block donation stamps will be on sale from then henceforth through each County Inspector from the Camp Guard, City of Igbochi.

Global Convergence Centre
For the first time since the fall of the tower of Babel, a global convergence centre will be built for all cultures to converge once more as part of the restoration of Afrikaan Empire, Kingdom, Languages, Cultures, and Traditions back to the people on the City of Igbochi.

Henceforth the following officers shall be responsible for linkages to the three sites as follows:
a. Inspector M &E: shall be responsible for NACDAfrica Technology Village and Industrial Park, Ojuwo Ajigegwu development in the County and reporting to the World Leader.
b. Cultural Juror: shall be responsible for the City of Igbochi Cultural Epicenter & Carnival Village development in the County and reporting to the World Leader.
c. Climate Change Bailiff: shall be responsible for NACDAfrica Farmers MarketPort Obagwu development in the County and reporting to the World Leader.
This is part of the ESG protocol for integrating County Executives in NACDAfrica Site upbuilding with adequate communication to the members in the County.

African Stories are untold due to cultural barriers and ethnic strive. It's time to burn the bridge of hatred amongst Africans and Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide to rebuild the bridge for global collaboration, integration and cooperation through the New Afrikaan Civilization and Development Agenda for Africa, Below the Knee Initiative by the Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide and International Noble Initiative Club.
It's time to relieve government interference in cultures of the people as many agencies are biased or re****ed on the people's culture and traditions that's why African languages in many countries are regarded as Vernacular even after independence that never should have been despite the then nationalists tried to close their pact with the colonialists era. Africans must rewrite their stories in a readable language and stored for posterity instead of the kemetic pictorials of ages that set the stable for science, technology and engineering education around the world today. NACDAfrica Ethnic Group Profiling:
This is to inform the County Executives that after the commissioning of the City of Igbochi Council with a Governor General, there would be a list of Gaddaya as Emissary of the Crown Emperor Hjalfdar that will be allocated ethnic groups in Nigeria to start facilitating their participation in Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide Carnival. The County Inspectors are to nominate those to participate in the Tutnese Languages and Cultural Network Worldwide.

Visitation to NACDAfrica County to start in June 2024
The approved project Centered County on NACDAfrica Agenda AD Lot 6-13 will be visited by the World Leader and Premier on a Special Invitation by the Inspector Monitoring and Evaluation, and Chairman, Affricative Model Villages Project Committee.
This is the formal notice to NACDAfrica County for their preparedness to host the assessment team on arrival between 10am and 2pm prompt on a scheduled date of visitation.
