The King (Olu) of the Warri Kingdom has honored Davido by gifting him with a rare golden gem for his humility and respect during his recent visit to the palace.

Among all the guests at the palace, including Phyno, Davido was the only one who removed his shoes before stepping onto the royal carpet.

While speaking with the king, Davido remained bowed throughout, as a sign of respect.

Despite being the wealthiest person there, Davido demonstrated a humility that goes beyond material wealth.

You just have to love Davido's personality 🙌

In 2020, PUMA signed Wizkid as their brand ambassador for $1 million per year. When their deal expired, Wizkid asked for $10 million to renew the contract—the same amount PUMA was paying Rihanna and Neymar.

PUMA refused to continue the deal, claiming that Wizkid's influence did not justify the $10 million, based on the sales of his collection.

A few days ago, PUMA went ahead and signed Davido, offering him the $10 million that Wizkid had demanded, which left Wizkid furious.

It’s also alleged that UBA has ended their $3 million deal with Wizkid, which had been in place since 2020, and has approached Davido to become their new brand ambassador.

A few months ago, Wizkid met with UBA’s chairman, Tony Elumelu, hoping to reach a conclusion, but his friend couldn't help him se—cure a continuation of the deal.

This is what led to Wizkid la-shing out at Davido online, accu—sing him of going behind his back to negotiate his deals.

An unfortunate accident occurred in the earlier hours of today at Ubosharu (Awawa) Community along Gwagwalada express way leaving the driver whose truck is loaded with cartons of Mable Tiles in a critical state with bruises on his face and the motor boy in a more better condition..
This occurred as a result of another Trailer trying to over take in a narrow way and as the driver tries to give way, hits a spoilt parked truck by the road side and ended up in the gutter...
It's a miracle lives weren't taken

1. Have money 💰

2. Know people that have money and connection..

3. Know the differences between Galadima/Galadimawa. Gwagwa/Gwagwalada. Airport rd/Airport junction. Iddo/Idu. Jabi/Jahi etc. 🚗

4. Don't fall in love

5.Just know that Wuse Zone 2 and Wuse 2 are different & never ever use Google map to Trek a 5min distance on your phone. Body go tell you🚶

6. Avoid Gwarimpa girls. Very important

7. Apo Nepa/Apo Bridge/ Apo Resettlement & Apo Mechanic , make sure you know the difference

8. Meanwhile if you don't know the difference between berger and Lugbe berger, Nyanya and new Nyanya your name na OYO, survival go dey far away from you

9. Each direction you are going to have a sign language that the cab drivers understands perfectly.. e.g area 1☝ area 10 🙏 etc. No worry no be person go teach you

10.And not everybody that says they're based in Abuja actually stay in Abuja..Some na Suleja, Tafa, Dakwa.. they're all in Niger state. And also coming from Abuja once you pass nyanya you are in Nasarawa state.

But why would Peter Okoye feel insecure about being labelled the P-Square dancer rather than a singer?

Unless Paul didn't tell the whole truth in his interview.
I always thought that Mr. P aka Peter had an edge over his twin, which I assume he knows.

While Rudeboy aka Paul carried their songs with his more soulful voice, which is no secret; his dancer brother was, well, the main attraction.

The fact is that Peter brought the thrill in their music videos.

I doubt they would've lasted past their prime if they were just a singing group and didn't have a choreographer like him to spice up their stuff, step up their dance moves, and set them apart.

On stage, his dynamic dance routines steal the show, snatching the spotlight from Paul.

Still, he never missed an opportunity to sing. This allowed him to showcase his skills as both a dancer and a singer. (Even though we low key noted the one he was better at).

Upon that, he is a s£x symbol. Their female fans crave him much more than his less handsome brother.

He knows he's got it, and usually won't hesitate to flaunt his 10-pack.

The fandom around him is crazy.
That's why he currently has an IG follower count of 12.5m and Rudeboy is at 8.9m. See the margin!

So I don't see him feeling self-conscious and insecure about being called the group dancer by people, as his brother cited as the reason for their breakup.

Many of us were entertained by Mr Ibu while growing up. He was undoubtedly one of the most talented and funniest Nigerian actors of all time.

John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu, transitioned from being a hairstylist to a photographer and later worked as an errand boy in a crate-producing company after dropping out of school due to financial difficulties.

Once he was financially stabled, he returned to school to study management and technology. It was after this education that he discovered his passion for acting.

His desire to bring joy and happiness to people's lives led him to choose comedic roles, starring in movies like "Mr Ibu and Son" in 2004, a movie which gave him a new name in the entertainment industry .

Twenty years later, the legend has concluded the final chapter of his story 🕊️

ZULEZOO deserves a place in the African music Hall of Fame.

Zule Zoo,comprising Micheal Aboh and Al-Hassan Ibrahim came into limelight after the success of their smash hit, 'Kerewa', which was banned by the Nigerian Broadcasting Commission, NBC, for obscene content was the delight of many music lover in Nigeria in the early 2000s.

The group ZULEZOO was made up of the duo of Hassan “Ibro” Ibrahim and Michael Aboh.

That Zule Zoo was once a household names in Africa is not in doubt.

But around 2006 the group slipped off the radar and nothing was heard from them again until the first weekend of June 2022 when Mike Aboh the second member of the renowned group died in a bathroom accident.

In the early part of this century Zule Zoo were one of the biggest musical groups in Africa shutting down concert venues with their dances and unique music.

Their smash hit, ‘Kerewa’, was banned by the Nigerian Broadcasting Commission, NBC, for obscene content & became the delight of many music lover in Nigeria in the early 2000s

With the release of “Kerewa” they became one of the biggest groups in Africa between 2005 and 2006.

They would further release their first and second studio albums, Chin Pan and Afro Urbanin 2005 and 2007 respectively.

they brought joy to kogi, Nigeria entirely

Only one of them is left now which is ibro, who’s now an ambassador to kogi to state revenue house.

Artistes like me pushed music industry to current level, says African China

A reggae and dancehall artiste, Chinagorom Onuoha, popularly known as African China, has said that he and his fellow artistes who held sway in the early 2000s ‘pushed’ the music industry to where it is now.

🗣️ Speaking in an interview with Saturday Beats, China said, “Collaboration is something we cannot rule out in the industry. But, things have changed, and I understand. However, I don’t like the fact that when younger artistes see the people that laid the foundation (of the industry), they don’t respect them.

“They don’t know what we went through. These days, it is easier to stream one’s songs on digital music platforms. Before, those sites were not accessible to Nigerians. Back then, we would go to cyber cafes to do things like that.

“Then, people were not paying attention. We were just trying to make them love Nigerian music. In those days, we were competing with mega American artistes such as 2pac Shakur, P Diddy, Jenifer Lopez, R Kelly, and Busta Rhymes. We were not even competing with fellow Nigerian artistes, because we were all united in trying to push the industry to where it is today.”

The ‘Mr President’ singer added that older artistes were not asking the young artistes for money, but respect.

He added, “We are not asking the young artistes to give us money, but to respect us, if not for our age, but at least for the sacrifices we made for the industry.”️

It is devastating hearing such erroneous speeches from a suppose leader.. A leader who couldn't truly define his goal or be more constructive with his sentence... A leader who winks and shivers a hundred and one times (101) before uttering a word; proposing to make someone a Niger Delta State Governor... Who does that? A leader who couldn't stand erect for 30 seconds while delivering a speech without been supported by security personnel... A leader with self acclamation of being the best amongst the Presidential aspirants yet dream and and ambition for Nigerian is "Corn Agbado, Cassava are grown here"... A leader who couldn't be more composed and focus without committing blunder on any interview or ceremony; haling the opposition party "PDAPC" on a jerk from slumber... A leader with predetermined agenda of twisting what wasn't in order with the Nigerian constitution by endorsing "A Muslim to Muslim" ticket yet relaxed with the crazy decision as if Christians are trash and nonexisting beings.... A leader whose son goes on social media constituting nuisance and insulting the Christians yet can't be cautioned.. A leader with the acclamation of his wife being a Pastor as a justifiable ground to solidify his idea and decision to welcoming a Muslim to Muslim ticket yet "President Muhammadu Buhari" made us to understand that First Ladies has no office in Aso Rock" I am not trying to defame or discredit the characterization and capacity of Bola Ahmed Asinwaju Tinubu but a sense of making things right before he signs us away to one of this Arabian country unknowingly to himself....
