Decolonizing the Mind of an Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide
First the effort to unlearn is a tasking process. Do it yourself syndrome.
Many of you don't see anything good of Africa. Those things you see in America, Canada and other countries were created by their own people painstakingly to beautify their home except Africa.
Africans will continue to lament without solution to the underdevelopment of the continent classified as third world.
The beauty of Africa lies in the people of Africa.
Association of Afrikaan Descendants Worldwide is only a window to liberation to eradicate colonial mindset in every country and those who approach the NACDAfrica Agenda.
It's time for Ekoate Afrikaan Empire to emerge strong in the midst of all the dreads and affliction upon the continent as emerging market opportunities for global convergence and investment.
NACDAfrica Projects Fund Initiative is open to join 4.7 billion Africans and black people worldwide to reposition Africa as it should be despite the good and other minerals abundance littering the continent yet the people do not gain from their wealth.

Budget: The proposed funding of $250 million US dollars is below:
a. That the proposed Medical Reference and Hospital City site development at Itama,
Dekina LGA, Kogi State is a 250 hectares new donated site.
b. That the survey of the site is in progress with the government and subsequence issuance
of preliminary documents on the land.
c. That the provision of the offer shall be as follow based on your $250 Million USD financial provision for the project:
i. Medical City development of 20,000 housing units’ apartment est. @ $100 million.
ii. University Teaching Hospital with 1,000 beds with equipment
est. @ $75 Million.
iii.Medical City Airport for air ambulance taxi
est. @ $50 Million.
iv.Administration and Startup Fundflow for takeoff/Running Cost
est. @ $25 Million.
d. That the ROI shall be between 10 to 30 years
e. That the profit sharing shall be 60:40 ratio annually

Nigeria Regional Economic Bloc
As part of the ongoing Federal Government tax reforms debate at the National Assembly Abuja. In my opinion, it's time to allow for fast and slow economic states to align with themselves to boost either jointly or solo economy towards the GDP. Instead of revenue sharing formula for the three tiers of government. There need to introduce Nigeria Regional Economic Bloc under the Nigeria Tax Reforms Bill would in small measure boost productivity and reduce unemployment throughout the 774 LGAs. Government must be pragmatic in moving the country forward instead of heaping on inflation and foreign exchange regime fluctuations to the detriment of the people especially in essential commodity sector that provides stable household sustainability in both rural and urban areas. There must be growth in every sector, while lowering the cost of living and allow for competitive development among the states contributing to the federal government revenue mobilization.
