BENEFITS OF THE DRIVER(S)

The package is this
1. salary is 50k monthly
2. in addition to the salary, he will get N750/each day he comes to work.(the total will be paid by month end).

4. That is to say, by month end, he will get more than the 50k salary: salary+extra transport+OT = his monthly salary
5. he will get provision every month end - milk mil and sugar.
6. End of year (December), he will get 25kg rice bag, Tin Tomatoes and cooking oil.
7. End of the year, he will get N10,000 drivers bonus for no accident.
8. After probation period of 6months, he will be entitled to;
a) Medical - Staff, spouse plus 4 kids.
b) Leave - Annual, sick, compassionate
c) Leave Allowance
d) Insurance - workmen compensation, GLA etc.
e) Death benefits.
f) Pension
g) Tax
