First of all, I bow in awe of your glory!
I reference your holy name, Jehovah over do .
I am the newest CEO and producer in the media space. Permit me to introduce you to JIGI ( MIRROR). A documentary, highlighting the heritage, language, and cultural values of the Yoruba people.
It has been a whole year of production. Traveling from place to place. The risk. The financial whipping. The labour. The sacrifice. The experience. The abuse. The lack of good sleep. God saw me through.
I spent three months, traveling through thick Forests, dangerous routes, eating anything I could find.
I traveled through strange terrains. Through the fear of the unknown.
I left my family behind to intercede in prayers for me ,as I journey to find my path in a career where most times, the glamour outshines the renumeration.
The word of God says " Those that trusts in the lord, shall mount up with wings like eagle.They shall run, and not be weary"
"Not unto us, oh Lord, but unto you, be, glory, honour and adoration".
My presentation journey started as an indigenous presenter,eight years ago on Orisun - The Source .Iwhere I anchored Miliki EXPRESS ( A movie feature program)
I have anchored SOKI LOBE OGE. A cooking budgeting show on NTA Ibadan, Oshogbo. Abeokuta and Ilorin.
In 2017, I was awarded the IYALAJE OF THEATRE by the OGIDAN caucus group.
In 2017 I was awarded the most fashionable Tv presenter by Mainland tv and fashion show.
In 2020, I was recognized by the Miss culture Nigeria and beauty pageant.
In 2022, I was honoured with an achievement award, by Image mindset global group.
In 2022, I was recognized as a cultural ambassador, in my community,by Okoro youths development association. ( I come from Okoro in Ogidi, Kogi state)
In 2024, I was honoured with the outstanding tv presenter and cultural ambassador award, by the Image mindset global group.
JIGI will be on Africa Magic Yoruba. From the first of July, 2024. 6am daily. Please, show me some love an

VIGILANTE KILLED HIPPOPOTAMUS IN LOKOJA KOGI STATE.
This is Unbelievable 😳
The Kogi states Vigilante did something astonishing.

It was reported that the hippopotamus was caught and killed in ganaja village at river Niger in Lokoja Kogi state Nigeria.

Some kogite said they shouldn't have killed the hippopotamus 🦛 because of its worth 😂
Truly according to google one Hippopotamus worth an 86million naira.

His landlord sent him and his family packing because he could not renew his house rent.

He then applied for loan from the manager of the company he was working for, but the loan was not approved.

He contacted the influential man in his community, but could not find help. He then called his relatives on the phone , but no one helped him.

He went to Facebook and posted, seeking for help, but the only thing he got was: 2likes and 0 comments.

He became frustrated and sent 120 messages to friends on his contact list, asking them for support of N100,000. Unfortunately, only 10 people responded to the message. Six out of the 10 said they had nothing to give. Only one out of 4 people gave him N20,000, but the rest kept apologizing and eventually stopped picking his calls.

The landlord locked the house!

His family were thrown out and left at the front door of the house with their belongings.

He became more frustrated!

He went everywhere in search of help but could not find one until nightfall.

As he made more effort in the dark, looking for solution, a truck ran over him and killed him instantly.

The next day, news of his death spread everywhere.

His Facebook friends made 2220 posts on his wall, mourning his death and expressing their admiration for him.

The landlord immediately ran to open the door for his family to go in to receive mourners.

The influential man who earlier refused to help him, took some food items and groceries to the family to cook for the mourners.

Preparations for his burial began later and his friends, who formed a committee raised N1,200,000 through donations to feed sympathizers that will be coming from different places.

His co-workers also raised N300,000 to collect booths, chairs and other items.

She was born in Zaria,on the 17th of February,1976.She was born into the Olorunpomi's family. she attended Army command nursery school,Zaria. She attended university primary school,Sokoto.She attended Army day secondary school and Nana girls secondary school, Sokoto. She graduated with a bachelor of arts degree, in English language from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.,in 1999. When Tobi Amusan climbed the stage of the 2022 World Athletics Championships to pick up the Gold medal.. she had no tears streaming down her eyes..
Then the national anthem of Nigeria was played.. Tears rolled down her eyes!
Tobi Amusan remembered how a country that refused to sponsor it's athletes were enjoying stolen heroism.. How criminal politicians will steal her personal efforts for their own social media publicity but none even came to her aid on the road to Oregon, USA.
Tobi remembered the Ministry of Youth and Sports that dropped them in the middle of no where, no allowances, no proper care was going to take an applause they didn't deserve.
Tobi Amusan cried as the anthem of shame was played.. How the country made them look like thieves, bandits and Unknown Gun Athletes as they were humiliated from one drug check to another..
She remembered the particular incident of how they slept at the airport lounge on arrival and had to move straight to the open fields without care until some richer athletes dipped hands into their pockets and did an "akawo" to help out because Nigeria and the embassy never had a proper arrangement in place for them!
She was worried that instead of going back to the hotel to rest and celebrate her gold medal, she is going back to wash the one track suit and jerseys that a country as rich as Nigeria offered them..
At a point, she looked round the whole stadium to at least wave to her fans.. but realised that there was no "Green and White fan" anywhere in the stadium. Nigeria has sent no soul cheer them up but the budgets at home is filled with monies for fans.. which the Ministers and their girlfriends have looted and collected, travelled with the team to the USA to squander in various malls and hotels while the athletes run their lives out on the tracks..
As the anthem got to that line of "one Nation bound in Freedom.. bla bla bla".. she saw herself like a liar. Lying to the whole world about a Freedom and a one nation
