IS A LOVABLE CHRISTIAN AND CELESTIAN

In 2023 alone Funke Akindele made enviable strides that all women, indeed all Nigerians should be proud of. She was the first Nollywood star to run for office of Deputy Governor, Lagos State under the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP. She was picked for the campaign because of her sterling professional achievements and millions of followers.

And before the close of 2023, she dazed the movie world with her instant box office success - A Tribe Called Judah - in cinemas that grossed hundreds of millions by Christmas time only to cross the Billion Naira mark early in this New Year. Even President Bola Tinubu and Governor Babajide Sanwo Olu against whose party (APC) she ran in Lagos State, came out to congratulate her.

As a Shepherd of the Celestial Church of Christ, PraiseVille Global and President, ShaddaiVille Ministries International, I am particularly proud of Funke Akindele's achievements because, against the grain of public opinion, she stepped out boldly to affirm her Christian faith as a Celestian of over 30 years in 2023.

She is also a Fellow of the ShaddaiVille Leadership Academy. She even invited 20 ShaddaiVillers to her set while shooting, just to learn and to give them an early start to dream pursuit.

As I write this, the Pastor of CCC Worldwide, Rev. Emmanuel Mobiyina Friday Oshoffa is being briefed about Funke's latest movie milestone and very soon, his Media Chief Superior Evangelist Kayode Ajala will publish the Pastor's congratulatory message about this illustrious daughter of the CCC.

For Funke Akindele, family and business come first. She doesn't joke with either. She is a doting mother and a fiercely determined actress and filmmaker. She loves God passionately and you had better believe this:

Funke's box office movie hit title - "A Tribe Called Judah" was inspired by the Bible, cultured by the growing penury of her Nigerian society, and sealed for success by her unshakable faith in Jesus Christ, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah.

Congratulations to you my dear daughter. More wins and keep leaping for joy in this Leap Year. There is no stopping you. Amen.

Pastor EMF Oshoffa is a Reverend that should be duly honoured.

Granted that some shepherds are misbehaving and violating the tenets and doctrines of the Church and doing all unthinkable things that could bring the Church to disrepute as a highly spiritual church, our amiable Pastor EMF Oshoffa should not be insulted.

Yes, one can call the attention of the Pastor and the other high-ranking elders, including the BOT and PIC to the stupid things going on in some of our parishes, no one should heap all the blame on the Pastor or take it as liberty to insult his person.

Papa EMF Oshoffa is our Pastor. So many good and great things have been achieved under his leadership. Great parishes have sprung up all over the world. Evangelism has taken giant leap. Women have been given some space to operate to put their spiritual endowments to good use. The Seminary is developing fast both in infrastructure and quality of students output. A lot of good things are there for us to see since 2003 to date under the able leadership of Pastor EMF Oshoffa.

Yea, there are areas of concern, especially the level of carnality that is being infused into the spirituality of the church; it is nauseating.

We have Zonal Evangelists,District Evangelists, Divisional Heads, and State Evangelists. Why can't they control the parishes under their jurisdictions? The structure of monitoring, control and discipline needs to be strengthened.

Let us not take advantage of social media to talk rubbish about the Pastor. He is an anointed leader of Celestial Church of Christ and he is doing his best within the capacity that God gave him.

If you think insulting the Pastor or any of our leaders is what will make you popular, you are mistaken. Fame that is laced with curse will only lead to destruction. Remember the saying "touch not my anointed..."

Let caution be our watchword.

EGYPT HOSPITAL SIEZED EVANG SEGUN ILORI CO**SE! TO BALANCE #840,000

The captivating tale of Evang Segun Ilori, who tragically passed away on November 28th, 2023, in Cairo Egypt still holds many unresolved threads pertaining to his sudden departure. Throughout his illness, which involved a diagnosis of kidney malfunction, anemia and platelet shortage, a substantial sum of 22,000Le (equivalent to approximately 650,000 Naira in Nigerian currency) was expended.

Regrettably, the hospital has presented a bill of 51,199.44Le, amounting to a staggering 1.3 million Nigerian Naira. Ketu Main Office (Pastor Office) has already contributed #760,000 Naira, leaving a remaining balance of #540,000 Naira before the hospital can release the deceased’s body for burial.

Additional expenses, such as ambulance provision ( #80,000 Naira), land for the burial of a foreigner ($100,000 Naira), a coffin ( #70,000 Naira) and miscellaneous costs for clothing, bathing and other necessities ( #50,000 Naira) accumulate to a total of #300,000 Naira.

SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT.

REV. PASTOR E.M.F OSHOFFA STATED THAT: I AM NOT OLATOSHO MATTHEW OSHOFFA BIOLOGICAL FATHER.

The rumour first began like a very bad joke a couple of years ago, when idlers went to town with the falsehood that VSE Olatosho Oshoffa was not a biological son of the founder of the Celestial Church of Christ, Prophet, Pastor, Founder Samuel Bilewu Joseph Oshoffa.

Those behind the distasteful rumour pushed and circulated the false narrative that Venerable Superior Evangelist Matthew Olatosho Oshoffa, who is presently the Shepherd in Charge of the International Headquarters Cathedral, Ketu, Lagos, is the biological son of the incumbent Pastor and Spiritual Head of C.C.C. W/W, His Eminence, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa.

It was not surprising that, like a castle built on quick sand, this nauseating rumour soon collapsed like a pack of cards. Not one to be bothered by such frivolities, neither His Eminence, Reverend E.M.F. Oshoffa nor Venerable Superior Evangelist Olatosho Oshoffa, bothered to dispel the rumour at that time. They knew it was nothing but a pack of lies and the handiwork of mischief makers and self seeking rumour mongers. There was no iota of truth in it and it would naturally fizzle out like a wisp of smoke. And that was exactly what happened!

However and quite unfortunately, the dead rumour began to resurrect and wriggle out of its dirty grave like a disgusting worm just a few days back. This resurrection was amplified by the voice of a notable Elder of the Celestial Church of Christ, who began to make insinuations and conduct enquiries aimed at confirming that VSE Tosho Oshoffa, is not the biological son of S.B.J Oshoffa but that of Rev. Pastor E.M.F. Oshoffa.

The saddening and painful reality, which has necessitated this reaction by His Eminence, is that the notable Elder in question is someone who should know better; having enjoyed a long-standing and beneficial relationship with the Oshoffa Family, since the days of the departed founder of the church, Prophet, Pastor, Founder S.B.J. Oshoffa.

While speaking with C.C.C. Media, His Eminence, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa, made this categorically clear, “Venerable Superior Evangelist Matthew Olatosho Oshoffa is my younger brother, as we were born of the same father but different mothers. Tosho is not my biological son. How could that have been possible?

I left the shores of Africa to pursue further studies in France on the 1st day of November, 1968. I was away for five whole years and did not step foot on African soil till September, 1973. Tosho, my younger brother, was born on 19th January, 1970. I was in France when he was conceived and born. Tosho was raised in the Republic of Benin by his mother, Iya Amidu, for the first six years of his life. It was in 1976 that he was brought to Nigeria to join our late father, S.B.J. Oshoffa, who had at that time settled in Nigeria. So, where is this devilish rumour coming from? I leave those behind this to God’s judgment.” His Eminence stated.

In his own reaction, Venerable Superior Evangelist Matthew Olatosho Oshoffa, had this to say, “I also heard the rumour when it was first floated by mischief makers a few years back. I chose to ignore it at that time because it simply wouldn’t have made any sense to dignify such falsehood with my attention. I’m a very busy person and I honestly don’t have time to waste on unproductive pastimes. I would have waved it away again when it reared its head some days ago but I couldn’t, especially when I was made to understand the quarters it was coming from.

The said Elder is someone we all respect. I understand that he reached the conclusion that I am the biological son of Reverend E.M.F. Oshoffa because His Eminence is always happy whenever I’m around him. The said Elder therefore concluded that the kind of love that His Eminence has for me cannot be brotherly love but the kind of love that can only exist between a father and his son. Just like His Eminence, I pray that God forgives all those behind this wicked rumour. I leave them to God’s judgment.” Venerable Superior Evangelist Matthew Olatosho Oshoffa concluded.

*UNVEILING THE REASONS BEHIND CELESTIAL'S NEGATIVE TRENDING"*

*Leadership Struggles:*
The divided leadership leads to continued turmoil within the church. The ongoing legal battle between the Church's Board of Trustees and the Pastor prolongs chaos. When leaders clash, the congregation suffers.

*Money Over Discipline:*
Prioritizing financial gain over discipline breeds misconduct. The Pastor's focus on wealth overshadows the need for order. Without truth, discipline collapses. The once-established taskforce seems ineffective.

*Mismanagement and Disorganization:*
Failure to separate spiritual roles from administrative duties causes chaos. Tying every function to the pastor's office results in dysfunction. Those managing the church lack vision and understanding of its purpose.

*Sentimental Leadership:*
Leadership driven by sentiment rather than truth hampers effective decision-making and enforcement. The church lacks the power to implement necessary changes.

*Outdated Mentality:*
Operating a global church as if it were a village congregation hampers progress. Lack of proper structures and portfolios perpetuates an archaic system revolving solely around the Pastor's authority.

*Weak Governance:*
The church's laxity permits anyone to exploit its name for personal gain. Absence of background checks and moral standards fosters an environment where unethical practices thrive. The church has become a breeding ground for misconduct.

*Dependence on Pastor:*
Overreliance on the Pastor for resolution neglects the need for a capable support system. The Pastor's primary focus on business endeavors detracts from addressing Celestial's pressing issues.

*Lack of Regulation:*
Inadequate structures hinder the regulation of errant shepherds, bloggers, and media. Despite attempts to create task forces and disciplinary measures, issues persist due to the absence of an effective regulatory framework.

This merely scratches the surface of the deeper issues not captured in social media, overlooked by the Pastor's attention.

This concludes my thoughts for now.

OAU Confirms Jaiyeola
CCC's Youngest Prof

Astute evangelist of the Celestial Church of Christ and Algebra expert, Temitope Gbolahan Jaiyeola has been awarded full professorship.

The erudite scholar and mathematician par excellence was confirmed Professor of Mathematics by the Senate of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.

The announcement, which was made by the University in October 2023, was back dated six years and Jaiyeola's full professorship takes effect from 2017.

While Jaiyeola would rejoice that his six-year outstanding emoluments would be fully paid, he also goes down in history as one of CCC's greatest minds alive and certainly the youngest to emerge Professor.

Jaiyeola became a Professor of Mathematics at the age of 38 years - same age as late Rev. Samuel Bilewu Joseph Oshoffa when God commissioned the birth of CCC into his hands in 1947.

I join all well meaning Celestians in congratulating this iconic CCC Evangelist of the word and Don of Algebra.

YOU CAN BE TRULY CALLED AND ANOINTED AS A SHEPHERD OR PROPHET AND STILL BE DISGRACED BY WITCHES, VICTIMISED BY DEMONS!

You can be truly called and yet witches and demonic power-rangers will still disgrace you! Being called alone doesn't make much difference but the depth of the power of God that you carry and the spiritual capacity of your anointing! There are many truly called Shepherds and prophets in CCC. How come not all of them have been able to heal the sick, the blind, cause uncommon disease to disappear and do all other kinds of miracles? What many often resort to is spiritual work, when even demon can obey a simple utterance from them and leave the body of a possessed or sick person. So it's not a function of being truly called, but how your relationship is with the God who reigns over all and His Spirit, which gives True Power!
So as a shepherd or prophet with a true call, don't stop there, reach out for MORE of God or else, small demons can disgrace and even make your life miserable!!!

PASTORAL PROCLAMATION ON SEATING ARRANGEMENT IN THE INNER ALTAR (HOLY OF HOLIES) C.C.C. W/W…Only Two Chairs Permitted In The Inner Altar

In line with the provisions of section 178 of the C.C.C. Constitution (Blue Book) and by the powers conferred on the Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, His Eminence, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa, in section 183 of the same constitution, it is hereby decreed and proclaimed that:

-It is now forbidden for any Elder, whatever their grade, rank, title, post or function to access the Holy of Holies (Higher Altar) and to sit on one of two single and unique armchairs (on the left, front view) arranged and reserved for the one and only second religious, spiritual and constitutional personality in title, post, rank and function, after the Pastor and Spiritual Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Friday Bilehou Oshoffa.

The sitting arrangement in the inner altar (Holy of Holies) shall be as stipulated in section 178 of the C.C.C. Constitution as follows:

The inner altar shall be demarcated by low hand railing with a single central entrance; the seating arrangement within the inner altar apart from the TABLE and HIGH ALTAR shall comprise the chairs of the PASTOR (Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa) on the RIGHT, close to the wall and that of C.C.C.’s 2nd highest ranking clergy (Most Superior Evangelist Taiwo A. Oshin) on the LEFT, further away from the wall, both chairs being unequal in size. These are the only TWO chairs that shall be in the INNER ALTAR (Holy of Holies) in all parishes of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide.

Shepherds in Charge and parish Parochial Committees are to take note of the above and ensure full compliance to the afore-stated with immediate effect. The Task Force Corps, C.C.C. W/w and the Monitoring Committee , C.C.C. W/w, shall be duly directed to ensure full compliance. Do not be found wanting as violators shall be made to face strict disciplinary sanctions.

Intending anointees are therefore warned NOT TO MAKE PAYMENT to any official or office for the rank of VENERABLE SUPERIOR EVANGELIST (VSE), as anointment and admission into this rank has been put in ABEYANCE INDEFINITELY.
