Queen Gold Ikechukwu is from Ndi Aha-Aru Amakpo Igbere and a student of Mass Communication at the prestigious Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State.

She is Currently the Most Beautiful Girl in Federal Polytechnic Oko, she won the Face of Moment FM in 2021, and Royal Queen Southeast (Tourism) in 2022.

In 2023 edition of the most outstanding/prestigious beauty pageant in Igbere- *Miss Igbere Beauty Pageant*, she was crowned the QUEEN and presently she is MISS IGBERE, the Queen of our Land.

As a Beauty Queen, she is now a role model to many young Igbere women and had promised to start a pet project towards assisting young Igbere women.

The Age Grade is a socio-cultural organization where people of same age bracket come together for the benefit and development of the community. It is “otu enyi” (friendly association)

“Age grade system as being practiced in Igbere of old and to a large extent now, is mainly as a convenience way for development and security of our land.

Igbere is organized to function through the age grade system. The age grade system is credited for security and development of Igbere. Many projects in Igbere, done in 1950's, 60's to date were carried out mostly by age grades.”

As we all known, it is through the age grade system that we have been able to attain the level of development. organisation and meeting of notable Igbere people started through the age grade unit. The schools, the Post Office, the Library, the Health Centre, Street lights, Igbere tower etc., were all built by different age grades in Igbere.

the age grade system in Igbere keep us more united, Its a unifying force that has guided the Igbere people and kept them together all this while.

We can still remember that before now, age grades were also used to guard our land both day and night to insure the safety of lives and properties of our people.

The age grade is still one of the most functioning institution in Igbere and still very relevant to the growth and development of Igbere.

Hon. Nnamdi C. Ibekwe is a lover of God, a community leader that has contributed immensely for the peace and development of Igbere. An active businessman/entrepreneur, a Farmer, A Politician and Public Speaker. Presently, he is the member representing the good people of Bende North in Abia State House of Assembly.

Hon. Nnamdi C. Ibekwe. (JP) (Ozioma Eji Eje Mba) is the founder of Oziomachi Foundation, the foundation established a free adult education canters in Igbere and contributing towards educating the adult populace of Igbere at home.

Hon. Nnamdi is a lover of education, a contributor to the progress of modern agriculture in Igbere. He recently donated an oil mill to Igbere community and undertook some human development programs in Igbere.

He is an inspiration to many young Igbere Persons.
He is a fantastic example of a great community person and an icon of humility. His foresight in education is a thing to be proud of and emulated.
