You see, this Dangote refinery that was commissioned yesterday has made people like you stinkingly rich.

Find out where people are going and get there before them...
..that's been a popular saying as it relates to land banking for you.

You see, everyone is moving towards Epe now in Lagos.

In Warri, people are moving towards Mercyland City, close to Mercy land church.

In Asaba, people are moving towards Agbor, close to the international airport.

Why are people moving towards these areas?

Ask yourself, a wise man once said, find out where people will go in the next couple of years and get there before them

That way, you'll make a lot of money, enjoy yourself and live the life of your dreams.

Don't get me wrong. Not every place will be as developed as Lekki or Banana Island. But there are things that bring development to a place.

Some possible pointers are opportunities, proximity to workplace, a good road network, and more.

Has the internet been of help to you as it is to Davido or a pain in the ass?

A couple of years ago, people didn't have a choice of spouse since they only met people around their community and those they met in person from their life adventures.

There was no technology like the internet or social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter where one could meet and interact with people of different cultures.

Business owners and entrepreneurs were only limited to those they met in person, and as such, their earning limits were also limited.

Young people hardly break even; we have few rich young boys in those days. You can even imagine how doings were then.

YouTube is there; it's another platform where you can gain client unlimited. In fact, if you know how YouTube works, you can't lack clients if you're a digital marketer like me. You'll have a long cue of customers waiting to be served. If you know how this works, you can't go broke, and it's like copywriting when you know your onions, you can't lack reoccurring clients. This is a story for another day.
