I share in the immense joy of the House of Oduduwa and Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi on the arrival of their newest bundle of joy - a bouncing baby boy and girl. It fills me with pride to know that the mother and children are doing just fine. Children are a precious gift that only God can bestow upon us, and I am confident that this double blessing will bring immeasurable happiness to the Ogunwusi family.

I pray that the prince and princess continue to be a source of joy and inspiration for us all. May they grow to become the best versions of their parents, and may their presence in the House of Oduduwa bring blessings and prosperity for generations to come. This gift serves as a reminder to those who are seeking the fruit of the womb that their prayers will be answered, and doors shall open for them.

A Compendium of Asiwaju Olumuyiwa Adu & His Political Landscape in Ondo State.

Adu in his palatial home, at Alagbaka GRA, Akure, Ondo State Capital where he spoke about the problems and the ills in the society in the country at large and how best to tackle them. Dr. Barr. Adu says, he received the grace and favour of God, and this prompted him to always reach out to the people that he sees it as a gift from God.

He posited that he joined Politics out of the zeal to help people and to help build a virile nation adding that" we all know the problems this country has been going through over the years. "I have the competence, the education. I am well grounded and well positioned and with what God has done for me, and my military background, the people should expect the best from me to alleviate their suffering". He added." my strongest point is always to be serious with whatever I'm doing in life. First, time is important, and that's the reason i choose to see people in the evening, holds meeting with my political associates, but in the morning, it's business According to him, he attended well over sixty leadership training across the Globe and high level management training.

"Above backed with my military training build me to face challenges and rigours of life". As a strong member of PDP, he recently jettison the party and joined APC. Adu noted that for any Politcal organization or group to thrive, the leadership at the echelon must be very strong, very focused and have direction so the ship of the group will not hit the rock. "As a management guru who understands the effect of failure, I have to called it quits with PDP and team up with APC that will make him to help and build a nation of our dreams. To the younger ones, we have to be serious with whatever we are doing by working hard.
As a Godly man, Adu advice the people to know God.

Dr. Adu was born into the family of the popular Late Adu Williams - the then Sao of Akure land particularly to a father named Joseph. o.
Adu and the late mother who also was from Akure in Ondo State of Nigeria. He began his primary education in CAC Primary School Oke-Isegun but ended it up in St. Michael Catholic Primary School, both in Akure town. He also attended Anglican Grammar School ljare (AGSI) in Ifedore Local Government Area of Ondo State. Despite securing university admissions, he opted for a military career following his admission also into Nigerian Defence Academy from where he passed out in flying colours. His quest for greater heights led him to cross over to the Oil & Gas Industry in 1995 following his appointment as Security Consultant to a consortium of Technip of France; Strampogheti of Italy; Kellog of US and JGC of Japan otherwise known and addressed as TSKJ- the Company that constructed Nigeria Liquified Natural Gas Plant in Bonny Island, Rivers State.

Following completion of the construction of the plant, he left to work in two accounting firms before returning to full legal practice. An alumni of University of Ibadan and a certified generic leader by Lagos Business School among others. He is an accredited Management Trainer by the Centre for Management Development. He was the Managing Attorney of Legal Point Limited for many years before he returned to Nigeria ING Limited in direct employee capacity. He started with the Company as Gas Transmission System Advisor. He had risen to the level of a Lead Advisor in the international oil company. He is a member of many professional associations overseeing legal, accounting, security and management professions. He had not less than 40 academic awards and over 8 profession awards. He is married with children.

TY Buratai Humanity Care Foundation Urges Nigerians to be Patient and Prayerful for the Tinubu’s Administration.

In a recent statement released by the TY Buratai Humanity Care Foundation, Nigerians have been urged to exercise patience and offer prayers for the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration. The foundation emphasized the importance of laying a strong foundation for a house, noting that this is precisely what Tinubu and his team are currently doing.

Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Oyetola, said about 6,000 abandoned cargoes are lying at Apapa and Tin Can ports uncleared since 2011.

Oyetola stated this, yesterday, during his visit to the Nigerian Shippers’ Council (NSC) office in Lagos.

He said the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) physical examination in clearing processes is compounding the problem of overtime cargoes at the ports, adding that the abandoned cargo occupies space and costs the country huge losses.

“About 6,000 abandoned cargoes are lying at Apapa and Tin Can Island ports uncleared. I witnessed one of the inspections and saw cargo hanging around. I understand some of them have been there since 2011.

“There must be a time frame when the cargo must be cleared otherwise they will be declared abandoned. When the demurrage accumulated, the importers abandoned the cargoes at the ports,” he said.

Oyetola said ease of doing business at the ports must be encouraged, noting that Customs must use scanners for faster clearing processe.

Olumuyiwa Adu Foundation (OAF) Supports Less Privileged Pupils With Learning Materials

As the pupils back to school for the new academic session in Ondo state, Olumuyiwa Adu Foundation(OAF) has provided back-to-school packages for thousands of primary school pupils in Akure south, Akure North & Ifedore local government in Ondo State.

The package which included free school notebooks, pencils, rulers and erasers for each of the beneficiaries, will be distributed to the pupils to support parents’ effort in getting writing materials for their children while resuming school for the new academic session.

While speaking on the reason behind the gesture, the founder of the foundation Dr. Barr. Olumuyiwa Adu emphasized that the gesture is part of the Foundation’s aims to give open arms to the needy and less privileged in the society, and particularly for the upliftment of the educational sector in the society.

This is Sarki Abba from Kano State.

In 1984, 16-year old Abba, a student of Science Secondary School Dawakin Tofa, scored 9 distinctions (8 A1 and 1 A2) in his West African Senior School Certificate (WASCE) Exams. Examination authorities in Lagos didn't believe Abba made those excellent scores without cheating.

The authorities provided a car that took Abba to Lagos in order to retake the exam. Abba was made to take the 9 exams in a duration of 3 days, under heavy supervision.

After marking the rescheduled exams, he scored 9 A1 (the only ‘A2’ he had in English Language before the retake, became ‘A1’ resulted to 9 A1)

Faced with shock, the authorities apologized and instituted the National Merit Award. And, rightfully, Sarki Abba was the first recipient of the award.

In 1989/90 school session, 21, Sarki Abba graduated as OVERALL BEST Medical Student, and OVERALL BEST Graduating Student at ABU, Zaria— he was just 21. Sarki Abba went to the U.S.A where he completed his studies, worked and lived since then.

Sarki Abba is presently a Professor of Urology and Pathology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, Chicago, USA. Also, MD, PhD, at the John T. Grayhack Professor of Urological Research.

Prof. Sarki Abba’s research program is focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms that drive cancer initiation, progression and recurrence with the ultimate goal of developing therapies that interfere with these processes. His work has particularly focused on Prostate Cancer.
