Pick up the phone and call those you haven't heard from in a while.

Depression is real.

It still battled me how someone can go from 💯% to 0% and having thought of killing him/herself.

People are struggling out there, with financials, relationship, sickness etc. If you happen to know anyone struggling show them you care, show them love. You might be the reason they decide to stay alive.

If you're struggling right now, I want you to know, life is ups and down. You won't be in that position for life.

And it's okay to not be okay. You can cry if that will help calm you down. Don't let anyone tell you to be a man.

Don't be afraid to ask for help. seek medical attention if needed.

It's cold outside, I hope you find warmth out there.

Stay alive, life is too sweet to commit su***de.
