This is the kind of banana bread you make once… and your family keeps requesting it every week
Ingredients
3 bananas (mashed)
2 eggs
½ Cup greek yogurt
2 Tablespoon melted butter
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
-2 cups oat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 Cup shredded carrots
optional ingredients: raisins or chocolate chips
Bake at 325F for 30 minutes!
