Christopher has allegedly been accused on social media by a certain family that he ra**ped their daughter Mabel and impregnated her, then denied the child and ran away.
Christopher 31 years later has sued for paternity to be carried out. He claims he never s*lept with Mabel.

"3 decades now, in 1990 or 89, I went from lagos state to Edo state my village . Our house is along the road and was standing there when Mabel walked past. I engaged her in conversation. From there we went to my father's house. We were in the living room with my dad. After about an hour she left and I never saw her again. The next morning, I went to see my sick mum in the hospital, which was the reason why I had travelled in the first place. I left from the hospital and straight to Lagos. Since then, there was no contact between Mabel and I. To be honest I forgot about her. "
"8 months later, my dad wrote me a letter saying that a certain Mabel said I got her pregnant. I wrote back to my dad and said, I never sl*ept with her. My dad said he remembers the day the girl came. I told my dad that I never sle**pt with her. If I had, I would have said okay 50/50, I could be responsible, but I never did!"
From then, I didn't hear from anybody until 2020 when the young man contacted me on facebook. At first he was very rude in the message. I asked him who he was, and he said, " you are gonna know. " I called him on messenger and asked for his number. I called and told him that ,
" listen to me . I'm not your father. Go to your um and beg her and let her tell you the truth. Maybe because we were young she was scared to say the truth. Let her tell you the truth."
A week later we spoke. By this time he had calmed down. He said he had spoken to his mum and he spoke calmly. That the mum insisted that I am the one. I still stood on my ground and told him I cannot claim him because I never slept with his mum. Beg her to tell you the truth. Its the 2 of us only who know the truth. I never bothered with DNA. Why should I even do DNA for a person I never slept with. Doing it is even agreeing that you did. I didn't thats why I brought the case here."
"His uncle has been trying to blackmail me. Saying all sorts online. How can they conclude? They have been threatening and sending messages to my workplace saying I r**aped their sister. I have come to court to ask for a DNA to prove that I never slept with her. I thought that one day she will tell the truth. The boy is bearing my fathers name but he deserves to know his own father ."

"About his meeting with my mum, I know nothing about it. I've threatened to kee my mum. I've said many things to her but she keeps saying that you are ny father she swore with her life! Thats why I decided to lie low until my uncles came up with chatting you up. I told them to leave you alone as I'm old enough now to fight for myself. I'm 31. Married with my own kids and up until now, I do not know my biological father ! Thats a mess! Thats why I'm happy we are doing the DNA so thar I can know my dad. If you are not yhe one , I will still go and look for my dad. Lets just know if you are lying or my mum."

"I met Christopher in 1991. A girl from my village called Elami came to call me when i and ny senior sisters were going to an uncles, mothers burial. On our way, Lami came to meet me on the way and said I should follow her that someone wants to see me. Christopher r***d me that night! As God is my witness! Jehovah bear me witness! The sun that is shinning today will bear me witness! Christopher r**aped me that night! After everything he left for lagos. The following day I tried to reach him but he left for Lagos."
" i never knew that I was pregnant until I started having symptoms and my mum asked me. We went to tne hospital and it was confirmed that I was pregnant. we tried to reach Christopher through his parents. They said that they will reach him. Then there was no phone. It was landline. One day he came but i had already putting (sic) to birth. I singlehandedly paid everything myself. Jehovah bear me witness, I did not lie on Christopher! He denied the child flat even through his own family. He said he is not the father! He didn't take care of the child."
" I even went to look for him in lagos when he was living at Ajah, later I looked for him at Mofoluku. I told him that I never lied and I never slept with anybody. He said he is not the father. He started claiming unnecessary things. That I slept with my cousin. That I'm a loose woman. If they must do the DNA test! If they must do that DNA test, Christopher must be around.( Christopher is in American)I dont believe in that they must do the DNA test. I dont believe on that! Unless I see him with my eye doing it. I don't believe in they sent the DNA test madam I hope you are hearing me."

The DNA center did this test and have presented it now . The test is between Precious and supposed dad Christopher. Probability of paternity is zero per cent! Combined paternity index is zero per cent! DNA analysis result is negative! DAMIAN IS NOT THE FATHER OF PRECIOUS.
