Have you ever experienced being dragged by guys at the market before to come buy from them. This usually happens at catangua popularly known as Super where thrift wears are sold. Those guys will ask you what you want and tell you they have them all, they would now lure you to a shop that sells what you wanted and show you the different wears they sell. Mind you, they don't own a piece of the wears sold, once you buy the seller gives them a commission. They make a lot of money through this means daily, what this guys do is called Affiliate marketing. They are affiliated with different shops, Selling other peoples products and earning a commission from them.

Another example is what Jeff Bezos (founder of Amazon) the second richest man in the world did. He created a site (Amazon) where buyers are connected to sellers and he earns a commission on every transaction that happens on his site. Now you understand why he's so rich.

The same goes in real estates, you sell a plot of land (that isn't yours) and you receive a commission on it. Let's say the land is 10m with a 5% commission, thats 500k in a single land. Just like that you leverage other peoples products and earn hugely.
