(Did you know Series !)

You are planning to go and spend heavy money for a lady/guy in the name of Valentine while your mother is out there, under the rain and in the sun trying to survive.

She has been there for you right from when you were a child, you went to school from the proceeds of the little business she does.
Now that you grown up, and have started making small money, you still allow her struggle even at her age. Tomorrow if she dies out of stress, you will come on facebook to tell us how you loved your mom.
You love your mum but you are paying for phenomena house rent of 200k while your mum is still struggling to take home urgent 2k a day.

You love your mom, but you bought an iPhone 15 for Chiamaka even when you know it is the neighbor's phone your mum uses to call you.

No, you keep saying you love her but you are planning to do dorime this weekend even when your mum is begging you to help her with little money to eat.

See my brother ,There is nothing bigger than mothers Prayer because there are some blessings which we can not have access to until we start taking care of our parents.

Before you do for Nkechi and Esther, first do for mama and before you do for Ifeanyi, Okechukwu and Ben, first do for Papa.
Remember, "God bless you baby" carries more blessings than " oh baby, this is good"

THINGS YOU SHOULD FOCUS ON IN 2024

1. Consistency is better than results.

Because results don't last and at the end of the day, consistency compounds and gives you the results.

2. When it comes to money, increase your income by at least 15%

3. Move out of your comfort Zone and GROW

4. Fight comparison.
Comparison is the thief of Joy.

5. Try that thing you have always wanted to try.

6. Being punctual is incredibly important. Don't procrastinate.

7. Focus on making memories, not money.

Try to leave a positive impact on everyone you meet

Man Allegedly Takes Own Life After Losing N2.5m To Betting

A Facebook user identified as Onoh Chukwuma on Tuesday reportedly took his own life by ingesting an insecticide allegedly for losing N2.5m to betting.

Onoh had on his Facebook wall posted a message saying that it was his last day on earth and that he was going to meet his maker.

Unknown to those reading the post, he had already consumed the insecticide before making the announcement.

In his post, he thanked some individuals, saying, "Today is my last day on earth! I'm going to meet my maker. Thank you Chima Anyaso, Ikukuoma Abia, Kelvin Jombo Onumah, Ekwueme Ohafia, and my friends. My spirit is with you all."

Upon learning of his distress, friends rushed Onoh to Madonna Hospital, Umuahia.

However, despite the efforts of doctors to resuscitate him, he did not survive.

It was reported that Onoh had allegedly lost N2.5m to betting and could not bear the shame and pressure from those he borrowed money from.

A friend, sharing the news of his demise, expressed heartbreak, recounting the futile attempts by medical professionals to revive him.

Another Facebook user questioned the deceased's decision, mentioning that Onoh had N1m and borrowed N1.5m to play a bet that failed, leading to his tragic end due to shame from debtors.

A Facebook user, Ibeako Esther Chisom, wrote, “Onoh Chukwuma Richard, I am heartbroken. I watched the doctors and nurses giving you pressure to see if you can come back but all proved abortive and your pause dropped as the doctor confirmed you dead right in front of me and other of your friends.

“Onoh Chukwuma Richard, you really cut down the plans God has for you by taking your life by yourself. Sleep on. I am heartbroken."

Another user, Obika James Abuchi, wrote, “U had 1m and borrowed 1.5m to play bet, it failed, cuz of the shame from debtors you took your life? Onoh who taught you this? ”

Friends have since taken to his page to send condolences.

I will keep saying Betting is not the best way to go, may his soul rest in peace.

A Northern Nobleman making a telephone call in Kano in 1937. After Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone in 1876, it did not take long for it to spread around the globe. The first telephone in the area, now known as Nigeria, was installed in Lagos in 1886. By 1893, telephones were a common feature in almost all colonial offices in Lagos.

From Lagos, it was extended to Ilorin and then to Jebba at the beginning of the Twentieth Century. And then to Calabar and Kano.

I think is high time people need to learn about history

Man Weds Wife & Her Mother Same Day

You see this man here, he allegedly married his mother-in-law and his wife on the same day. Are you confused? Okay, let me try and break down the story as I understand it..Vashko Sande, a Zimbabwean, was married to his wife and they had three children but fell in love with her mother, his mother -in- Law. The story alleges that after falling in love with his wife's mother, he allegedly became abusive towards her (his wife). Anyway, after taking so much physical and emotional abuse, his wife went to court. The Legend, I mean, Mr Vashko Sande admitted to all wrong doings and told the court he would be of good behavior if he married both women. His wish was granted by the Magistrate. Therefore, Mr Sande, has created history which qualifies him for a space in the book of Guinness Book of World Records. He re-wedded his wife and married his mother-in-law the same day at the same wedding ceremony in same venue by same law, giving them identical rings. 😄 - Moji Danisa Files.

Timaya said “ Music in our days wasn’t even like this . You did not have to wait for a record label to sign you before you start working . There were no sponsors but for the love of music we kept going . What am i saying ? Young talents don’t have to wait for a label to come to them . Keep working , if you dream big , you won’t submit to just any kind of label . Every label owner wants to make profits and they will use you in a way that you might not even be comfortable with it . You might cry and no one hears you, you might even lose everything. Just like business people start small and grow big, you can start small and grow too . “ 🔚

This is more than truth , many young talents are not even concerned about succeeding anymore . They just believe if this or that label signs them they’ll grow . Have you ever asked yourself what the label stands to get from you ? Do you think someone will put in so much money and might not make life uncomfortable for you ?

Truth is young kings and queens can make it , start small and keep going . If you are talented , study music business , invest the little you got and stay consistent .

I can't count the number of messages in my inbox begging me to link them up to Don Jazzy or Olamide. Whenever I see those messages, I do laugh. You are looking for Olamide to sponsor your music career but you don't have a single song you have recorded by yourself. You don't even have a Facebook business page. You are still using your normal Facebook profile. How can someone believe you are serious?

You claim you don't have money to record a song but the truth of the matter is that no one can give you money to record a song. Go and get a pidgin hole save and start dropping at least #500 inside the save everyday. Within 5 months, you can realize money to record your song in a nearby studio. When the song is ready, it can only cost you #5,000 to place your song in online streaming platforms. Then start promoting your song and make sure your song has meaningful lyrics. Look for a nearby videographer and raise some money and pay him to record you while you sing your song. If you can't afford a videographer, beg someone who has iphone or Samsung to video you while you use video editing app to overlay your song on the video. Then post it on all your social media handle and your followers who loves you and wants you to grow will support you by sharing the video to make your music video go viral.

With God on your side and depending on how good your song is, you will definitely go places. Continue to record more songs and place them in online streaming platforms and continue to do more videos and be posting them on your business page. Little by little people will begin to know you. One day, a promoter would like to include you as one of the artists to perform in one of his shows and you will be paid for it.

People like Timaya, N***a Raw, Duncan Mighty and Flavor N'Abania weren't in any Record Label but today, they are successful. Don't forget, social media wasn't existing during their time. Only YouTube was existing and you must go to cyber cafe before you can view their music videos. But today, they are all successful. You that met Facebook, Instagram and Twitter should know how to showcase yourself to the world and stop looking for a Record Label to sign you. Don't put yourself into a secret cült in the name of looking for a Record Label to sign you.

Dear Bachelor

4 ASPECTS OF A LADY YOU SHOULD NOT TRY TO FORCEFULLY CHANGE.

1) HER NATURE

There are different type of ladies out there, chatty ones, quiet ones, extroverts, introverts, fashinoistas, etc.

Each unique and beautiful in her own way.

Your Job isn't to pick any lady and then change her into the type of person you like, your job is to pick a lady that is already the way you like them to be, or even if she isn't, you can accept her that way, that's the first Test of Love and compatibility..

Accepting someone the way they are, not the way they can be. Relationship isn't a Project.

2) HER PASSION

Another aspect of a lady you shouldn't temper with in the name of a Relationship is a lady's Passions, Hobbies.

The things that give her Satisfaction and Fulfillment.

Maybe she loves Art, or Music, or Writing, Outings, you are not to come into her life and shut that aspect of her down. You'll take away things that give her Joy.

In fact you are to encourage her to pursue her dreams and passions..
Not the other way round.

3) HER DRESSING

Many couple arguments start from this.

You knew you don't like ladies that wear trousers and apply make up, you left all the ladies that don't wear trousers and went to ask out one who does, after 4 months of dating, you start telling her she should stop wearing trousers and no more make up with plenty other rules. As as what na?

Any lady you like, look at the way she dresses currently, if you are not okay with it, let her be.

If you really must date her, and you think her dressing needs to change, take it slow and steady.

Don't just come and start barking orders, that's not going to go down well with her, you'll end up calling her stubborn and proud, when she's not..

After all you saw her dressing that way before you came.

Let her change in dressing come from her..

Let it be Her decision, and till that happens, love her laidat, or leave her alone laidat.

4) HER LOOKS

Sir, don't force a lady into ulcer because you like them slim, were you blind before you proposed?

You saw her slim, you now came, and you keep shouting on her to eat seven times a day to gain weight, because you like them chubby, continue oh, is like your village people are playing with your settings.

You saw her shape, breasts, stomach, and all, the way it is, you came and you are complaining, that why can't she be b***y like Jane, curvy like Amara, have flat stomach like Ruth, my fren, is like you have spiritual problem.
****************************
Dear Bachelor
Your Job isn't to Change Her.
Your Job is to Love her.

Your love for her will inspire the change where necessary and where possible.

Trying to forcefully change a lady may cause you the relationship completely, or cause problems in it, or push her into losing her self esteem, and getting into depression.

THE FAMILY MEETING

My mother did something astonishing and unexpected. She sent us a message for an urgent family meeting at the family house. Four of us gathered there, but surprisingly, Mama didn't welcome us with her usual warmth. Though she responded to our greetings, we could all sense the coldness in her voice.

Even my father was surprised to see all his sons, and he questioned Mama about the reason for the meeting. However, she told him to wait patiently and find out why.

Mama thanked us for leaving our busy schedules to respond to her call. "But I want you all to know that I am not a happy woman. You have all offended me. Anyone who offends my husband offends me."

My father tried to say something, but Mama communicated with him through her eyes, and he just smiled without speaking.

"I don't know about my other siblings, but I know I haven't offended you or Papa in any way," my elder brother said.

"Really?" Mama responded.

"I'm sure, Mama."

The rest of us also reassured her in the same way. She sighed and then smiled sadly.

"When was your father's birthday?" she asked.

We all looked at each other with guilt on our faces.

"Yesterday!" I said.

"If I can remember correctly, not a single call or SMS came from any of you to him. But you wouldn't forget mine. If it were my birthday, you would have posted it on your social media handles, including your wives. I would have received calls from all of you, and my account would be overflowing. I have watched this for years, and I won't allow it to continue," she said.

My father shifted in his chair, clearly surprised by the reason Mama called for the meeting.

"Is there any month you fail to send me money? But how many of you remember to do the same for my husband, or is he not your father? Even when I am not asking, you send me money. What about my husband? How can you show care and love for me and look at my husband as a stranger? In fact, stop sending me anything! You have your father's phone number, yet when you call me, you say, 'Send our regards to our father.' What nonsense!

We became uncomfortable because she was speaking the truth. I remembered how we celebrated her birthday. In fact, I personally invited a saxophonist to play for her.

"Who do you think paid your school fees? Are you all not graduates? Who paid the rent before we moved into our own home? My husband ensured that food was always on the table. Should I mention the other bills he handled? I supported him in the way I could. He was always busy making money, and when he was home, he took you out and was part of your lives. You think he didn't try? You think he doesn't deserve your love and attention? Oh! You think it's only the mother that deserves to be pampered, and your dad should be treated like trash? No way! Not my husband."

Mama wiped away the tears that escaped her eyes.

"So you planned to celebrate my husband in death, buying many cows to make people believe that when he was alive, you all cared. Thank God you are all men with children who are growing. Whatever you sow is definitely what you will reap. You think my husband doesn't cry? He doesn't feel pain? Of course, you wouldn't know."

Mama stared intently at all of us before wiping away another tear that slipped down her cheek.

"I'm not going to be among the group of women who make their husbands irrelevant before their children, who tell their children lies about their father, making it seem as if the man didn't play any significant role in the lives of the children. I know there are men who are bad and irresponsible. I'm not talking about such ones. No role played by a father is small, and I won't allow you to take my husband for granted. This man here is a lion, my crown, the king of my heart, and at 75, he still makes my heart flutter and race. None of you will trample on him," she said, raising her voice.

While we were still speechless and trying to absorb all she had said, she stood up abruptly and went to her room. She soon returned with my father's car key and her purse and took my father's hand.

"Let's go," she said without my father objecting. He just stood up and followed her.

"To where?" my siblings asked in unison.

"I'm taking my husband on a date to celebrate his birthday."

"But Mama..."

She silenced us with her eyes. It was obvious she wasn't giving us an opportunity to say anything.

"Lock the door and gate and take the key along with you," she instructed my elder brother. "I have a spare key."

They entered the car, and Mum drove off. We, the children, had our own meeting and agreed that we had made a mistake. We knew we were not returning to our own homes without settling things with our mother. We called our wives and told them we might sleep over at our parents' home because we didn't know when they will return.

It was almost 7:30 pm when Mama drove into the compound. She wasn't surprised that we were still around, but Dad was. One by one, we apologized to our parents and promised to change. Mama went to her bedroom and returned with a bible. She opened the book of Ephesians and read chapter 6:2 which says 'Honour your father and mother,' which is the first commandment with a promise.

"The Bible doesn't say honour only your mother and forget your father. Beautifully, this commandment comes with a promise. In verse 3, it says, 'that it may be well with you and you may live long on the earth."

Mama took her time to expand on this Bible verse, opening our eyes to what we had never known. At the end, she asked Papa to pray for us. He was so excited that he prayed a heartfelt prayer.

We couldn't return home but chatted late into the night. I must mention that Mama prepared us a sumptuous meal.

Dear reader, Don't wait until Father's Day or Papa's birthday to celebrate him. Pick up your phone and give him a call. Don't forget him in your life.

Wives celebrate your husbands. Don't join those women to incite their children to hate their fathers. Don't turn your children against your husband.

Family relationships are precious and should be nurtured and celebrated continuously. Don't wait for a special occasion to show your love and gratitude to your parents; do it every day.

AFTER GOD, FEAR WOMAN!

1. You are asking for her number another guy is deleting that very number from his phone.

2. One guy texts her "Good morning" another dude is texting her "thanks for last night"

3. While one man is busy consoling and comforting her for menstrual pains, another dude is busy rejoicing because she's not pregnant.

4. When you go through your girlfriend's phone never look for messages with guys. Look for chats between her and her best friend that's where the heartbreaking truth is.

5. A man can work for 10 years with unemployed wife and still be happy. But a woman will work 5 days and the whole community will know about the unemployed husband.

6. She calls you while secretly hoping you won't pick up the call so that she can blame you later for not answering her call. But the most confusing part is when you break up with her she will look even more beautiful.

7. No one has more cousins and uncles than a cheating girlfriend. My brother, no matter how beautiful or humble she can be never ever trust a woman with all your heart.

8. If you help a lady when she's in trouble, she will surely remember you when she's in trouble again. Be extra careful my brothers and stop the habit of making promises during s*x otherwise you will die poor.

9. "I love you unconditionally"...that's a lie my brother, a man is loved under the condition that he provides.

10. Brotherman... work hard, make money and don't waste your time and energy lifting heavy objects in the gym so as to look attractive, no African lady can choose six packs over six cars.

Did you know that 👇

Cristiano Ronaldo scored more Serie A goals than Ronaldo Nazario despite playing 4 seasons less in Italy some year's ago.

Cristiano Ronaldo:
98 Matches 🏟
81 Goals ⚽️

Ronaldo Nazario
88 Games 🏟
59 Goals ⚽️

Ronaldo who throughout his career was mostly injured played 7 seasons in Italy, Cristiano 3 had only three, but he stil managed to play more games than the Brazilian.

Cristiano's years at Juventus are underrated and only judged by his performance in the Champions League. He was scoring goals like nothing in Italy 🇵🇹🔝

🔴 Few months back the internet was on fire and people calling Asake names for losing the BET , many even told him to start singing in English , some said his music is only loved in Nigeria . People said he should even contact Libianca to teach him song writing .

Last night Asake filled the 02 Arena , Over 20k people came to watch him Perform. Were all those people Nigerians ? No , we had whites and people from different nationalities and everyone singing to his songs .

Asake has two albums to his name, all songs in the albums are hits, he has a bigger body of work. Artistes are mostly respected for the body of work they have . It is wrong to compare an artiste who has numerous hits to one who has just two hits . It is totally okay to celebrate Libianca but sometimes the comparisons are crazy . We stated that you can never measure an artiste’s worth by numbers or awards .

Can Libianca fill the 02 Arena now ? No .
Libianca will need a couple of years to do so . But she won an award over Asake . This is when you understand that awards are not a direct reflection of Value .

If you still think Libianca is bigger than Asake then something is wrong with you .
She is good , but sometimes stop putting her on a level that needs hard work , consistency and crazy marketing to reach . You make her feel like she has arrived and she starts posting her banku boyfriend instead of her music .

Side Note : Asake is the first African artiste to enter the 02 Arena in a customize Helicopter.

Olamide was selling out shows across Nigeria, but when it came to international arenas, the story was different.

Olamide faced challenges trying to break into international markets with his rap style. International audiences often favored other genres, and language barriers made it difficult for his lyrical prowess to shine through.

Artists like Burna Boy, Wizkid, and Davido started selling out Arena's Olamide wasn't one to be left behind. Olamide's evolution was gradual but remarkable.

Olamide Introduced Asake to the world.
Last Night Asake brought Olamide's dream of Shutting down an Arena like the “O2 Arena” to reality.

****Reno Omokri Writes ****

Sadly, some of our women can no longer even cook. Their fake hair is flammable. The false eyelashes cannot come close to fire. Their breast and butt implants are at risk if they come too close to heat. Their bleached skin is irritable in high temperatures. That is why they always want to eat out in fancy and expensive restaurants AT YOUR EXPENSE. There is nothing better than being your original self. You were born to be real, not to be perfect. The reason some women are miserable despite their high profile is that they have placed themselves too high for mere mortals to reach. Even with their bleaching, bone straight hair, surgically enhanced features and high profiles, a village girl is still happier than many of them. God, open the eyes of our women and give our men the sense they need to value their original Black African Queens that Tuface sang about. Black beauties like the late Maryam Babangida, the elegant Onyeka Onwenu, the exquisitely chiselled Oluchi Onweagba, and the globally renowned epitome of African femininity, Agbani Darego.
