Nollywood actor, Browny Igboegwu has celebrated his wife, Becky, on Mother's Day.

Despite the pain of losing his mother, the movie star was moved to joy by a heartwarming video and a handmade Mother's Day card from his daughter, Kosipearl.

In a heartfelt post, Browny Igboegwu praised his wife for her dedication to their family.

He called her a "superwoman" for carrying their pregnancy, giving birth, and nurturing their energetic daughter for over four years.

Browny expressed gratitude for her love and care, and prayed for God's continued guidance, protection, and blessings upon her.

He wrote;

"As much as the pain of losing my mom tried to mess up my mood today, this video put so much smiles on my face and joy in my soul. As my daughter returned from school with a happy Mother’s Day card from school made with a lot of love. I must say that my wife is one of the luckiest women on earth to have this beautiful daughter

Happy Mother’s Day to one of the super wonderful women I have known in my life. You have demonstrated in all capacity what it means when you call someone a super woman. Carrying the pregnancy, giving birth and nurturing my daughter to this point is something I will forever be indebted and I will continue to do my best to appreciate you for that. May Edochie's divorce case against Yul Edochie suffers setback, lawyer explains why

A Lagos High Court has adjourned the divorce case between Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie and his estranged wife, May Edochie, due to the absence of Yul's lawyer.

Recall that May had filed for divorce after Yul took a second wife, Judy Austin, citing irreconcilable differences and a desire not to be in a polygamous marriage.

Giving update on the matter, May 's legal counsel, Emeka Ugwuonye revealed that Yu Edochie's lawyer wrote a letter to the court two days ago, stating he was unwell and proposed new dates for the trial.

The court has now adjourned the case until June.

The post read;

“YUL EDOCHIE’S CASE CAME UP TODAY

Trial could not go ahead today as scheduled because two days ago, Yul Edochie’s and Judy Austin’s lawyer wrote a letter to the court stating that he was unwell and stating that he would not be present in court today as a result thereof. He proposed a number of dates in the future as an alternative and requested the court to indulge him. Usually, the court would give a lawyer the benefit of doubts in such a situation. May’s lawyers would not like to question the integrity of the opponent directly, even though the excuse was a tendentious occurrence.

Today in court, Mr. Yul Edochie was present, but without his counsel, he court could nor hear any substantive matter. A new date has been set in June. We are all concerned about delays and protraction of this case. But we remain confident that justice will be done in due course by this court. As you know, several issues are involved: from the activities of the parties in the social media, to the welfare of the children, to the issues of marital properties, safety of May, and the final status of the marriage itself.

Actor Kanayo welcomes son to filmmaking, tells crew: 'Don't treat him like my son'

Veteran Nollywood actor, Kanayo O Kanayo has introduced Clinton, his first son, to the world of filmmaking.

In an Instagram post on Monday, Kanayo unveiled Clinton to members of Simpliciter Associates Productions, his production company, on a movie set, announcing he would work as an assistant production manager and personal assistant to him.

The veteran actor also cautioned his crew that his son had been recruited to work and should be treated accordingly.

He said, “This is Clinton Onyeze Mbaise, my first son. And he is joining us today as assistant production manager and as PA to me. Do not treat him like my son. It is a warning I am giving to everybody. He is here to work. He is going to earn a fee like every other person.

“Do not begin to say na K.O.K son. I no dey for that kind thing. Treat him as member of production crew. He is going to understudy the production manager and learn this work. Treat him with respect to the extent that you are treating others with respect. That is what I want him to grow into. I do not want you to spoil my son for me when you are not telling him not to do some things.

“So please, he is joining us today. He has just finished from Babcock University. He studied ICT.”

Kanayo also mentioned that his eldest son will be learning about filmmaking and management.

“My son, Clinton, Onyeze Mbaise, joins us as Assistant Production Manager & my Personal Assistant. He is an intern to understudy Filmmaking and Management before proceeding for further studies,” he wrote in the caption.

"Apologise To Her"- Nigerians tell Pastor Paul Enenche as proofs shows that lady he embarrassed for giving "f@ke testimony" was telling the truth

Netizens has called out Pastor Paul Enenche of Dunamis International Gospel Centre for embarrassing a lady who came out to share her testimony.

It could be recalled that the woman named Anyim Veronica Nnenna, had revealed during the testimony session, that she is the first graduate in her family.

According to her, she faced many challenges that almost made the journey unsuccessful.

However, while she was still sharing her testimony, Pastor Paul Enenche, interrupted the lady, asking about the degree she bagged.

When she revealed that she bagged 'BSc in Law’, the man of God of emb@rr@ssed her, stating that the right title for a law graduate is ‘LLB’.

He tagged her a l!ar, stating that he has low tolerance for fake testimonies.

After the video went viral, it was discovered that Nnenna did graduated from the National Open University with an LLB degree.

This has stirred reactions online. Many Nigerian urged the pastor to call the lady back to the pulpit and apologize to her.

Some defended the clergyman for embarrassing the lady.
