BE DISCERNING

If you're going to establish or build strategic relationships or partnerships, you must have high level discernment.

We live in a world where people can pretend to be good to you but they have wrong motives and intentions. Discernment is not about being suspicious of others. It is not about looking for the negatives in people. It is understanding or perceiving people for who they are and what they can be.

Discernment is the ability to perceive, understand and judge things clearly especially those that are not obvious or straightforward.

Discernment helps you to see in people rather than just looking at people.

While most people judge others by their appearance and the color of their skin, their ethnic group; discernment goes deeper. It sees what is not obvious.

This is a spiritual quality that is activated or in operation when you have a growing relationship with God.
