This is part of what we do. We desire to do more now than ever. Hunger is severe and God is touched by the plight of the people. Jesus said I will not send them away hungry lest the faint on the way!
Can we do more together! DM me if you will like to collaborate with us.

The darkness is getting thicker by the day but it’s opportunity to shine brighter.
What the devil thought is closing up on our nation will be God’s own way of invading the nations with the light.

THE PLIGHT OF OUR FORGOTTEN PEOPLE IN THE IDP CAMPS!

Shared by Rev. Danjuma in a platform.
Photo is from open source.

I was in a meeting recently in Jos and someone said he met a 12 years old child in an Internally Displaced People’s (IDP) camp somewhere within the Middle belt! The boy looked fragile so he asked what was wrong with him.

The mother of the boy informed him that she gave birth to that boy in that camp! That she has been living in that came for 13 years, when Fulani herdsmen killed, chased away the remnants and burnt down their community. She managed to escape, being pregnant! I can’t recall hearing what happened to her husband and other children!

She said initially govt brought some food to them. But soon after they stopped coming and no one from anyehere has come to them again! And they can’t go back to their community because the Fulanis that chased them away have rebuilt the burnt houses and are living there!

So this woman is cut off from civilization, with no food, no decent shelter, no education and no hope! This is happening in 2024 in the Middle belt of Nigeria, not in Rwanda or Dafour or Southern Sudan!

And yet in our churches in the towns we are celebrating God’s goodness to us! But our brethren, same blood and same faith, are daily brutalized, killed, r***d and their earthly possessions desecrated, looted, gutted and finally, if they are lucky to be alive, are displaced permanently from their ancestral homes! Thus they have lost their homes, identity, language, culture and future! And yet no one is saying or doing anything about it!

If anyone ever remembers them it’s politicians who come to campaign for votes from them, carrying along some few bags of rice and cameramen to report to the world of their philanthropist benevolence! But whether they win or lose the election they are never heard again, until another election year!

Let us remember our brethren in the villages, especially in the IDPs! Don’t think that because your local govt area has not been affected as described here, and you have never been to an IDP camp because none of your relations lives there that it’s well with you! If we fail to do the needful, it is just a matter of time the carnage will reach your village, no matter in which state in Nigeria, and like Job said that what he feared most had happened to him, so you will sing the same lamentation!

Let us join hands with our religious leaders to make a difference. The Heads of Denominations, CAN and PFN leaders on the Plateau are presently on a drive to make life better for our brutalized brethren in the IDP camps. If you care enough, get the details and be part of it in any way you can!
Happy New Year to you all!

Greetings in Jesus' name. I want to use this medium to invite you to the 27th African Missions Summit.

Focus
The theme of the summit, The Shakings, and the Nations is drawn from this prophecy of Haggai 2:7 “And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts”. The Lord has prepared mighty harvests from across the nations at this end times. The Prophet Haggai was so clear about this when he connected the shakings across the nations to the desire of the nations turning to the Lord. This prophecy is apparently coming to pass with the crises been witnessed globally today. The world is helpless and will soon begin to seek help from the Highest who helps those who cannot help themselves. The church must be prepared for this harvest as it will usher us to fulfilling the global mandate of discipling all the nations of the world is the Great Commission.

The Boko Haram terrorism, Fulani Jihadists activities, banditry, kidnapping, global pandemic among others are all tools of the shakings. These shakings are coming against the burden of the staggering volume of the unfinished task. We have 16,351 as total People Groups in today's world out of which 6,640 are still Unreached People. The current Unreached People Percentage is put at 40.6 % with evidence of the church losing even the nations that our forefathers had earlier won to Islam, occultism, nominalism, etc. Mission Researchers also reveal that the world population is growing very fast. It is estimated at 6,696,813,000. Out of this number the total unreached population is 2,742,282,000.

God, Himself knows that if we continue at this pace mechanically, we may never finish the task. He is the Master Strategist! He once noted that He will build his church and the gate of hell shall not prevail against it. He, therefore, provides the church with opportunities in the face of the shakings of the nations.

Approach
As usual, we will provide update on the extent of the unfinished task and take reports from various delegates on the models that are working in their various fields of labor. We also hope that the summit will provide a platform for connecting churches and mission agencies of African nations – promote greater interdependence, cast vision for the future on how we can work together, look at new opportunities, models & Strategies and bless the African church and people.

Schedules
The AMS 2022 schedule includes three parts:
1. Morning Plenary Sessions
2. Break Out Sessions
3. Evening Mission Festival/Restoration Rallies.

The daytime sessions of the conference will be dedicated to church leaders, mission agency leaders, and grassroots missionaries to focus on the conference themes. The morning will each highlight plenary addresses by speakers representing the many areas of the shakings across the nations as well as the individual stakeholders in world evangelization/what should be the response of the church. The schedule draws on the expertise of respected mission leaders from around the world.

To help us have the real stakeholders of world evangelization who most of the time cannot afford the conference fee of such an international event, we made the conference fee to be fess of charge. Contribution/donations will however be appreciated. We have not received any support from abroad or locally for this conference.

To help us receive you well, please register on time. Registration will help us arrange for your accommodation, security, registration materials as well as take COVID 19 protocol into consideration. If you have a change of mind after registration, please let us know. Also, if for any rea*on, you will not arrive on time or you will depart ahead of time, inform us so we don't waste resources.
