The past few weeks have been a great time of learning and unlearning about the Church. We have seen the Church as God's family - a place of love, acceptance, joy, learning and purpose; a refuge from the stresses of the world; and an oasis where you are strengthened in your walk with the Lord.

This Sunday:
-You will be infused with a new sense of power and expectation as you learn what it means to be a vital member of the body of Christ.
- You will receive help to advance God's vision for His Church by becoming a dynamic ambassador of His message and power to a lost world.

Dear friends,
Do as much good as you can in the time you have available. Every moment of our lives is an opportunity to live in service of what’s good. We can do so by using our time in ways that promote the flow of God’s grace, love and mercy through our lives into other people’s lives. Rather than just trying to get through our days, we should give our best effort each day – doing as much good as we can. God wants us to run the race of life as well as possible. As 1 Corinthians 9:24 urges us: “… Run in such a way as to get the prize.” The time God has given us is valuable time for shining our lights in this dark world.
