Wizkid has come a long way and deserve to respected and honoured. The young man called Wizkid was born into an average family in Lagos, his father wasn't a millionaire, but had a good upbringing. He rose from grass to grace, becoming a musical icon and multi-millionaire who is the pride of his family; he built for himself a ladder of success without his parent. On the other hand, Davido was born in United States of America with a silver spoon. He returned back to Nigeria with his parent, kick-starting his musical career with the help of his father; no wonder he quickly rise to stardom due to his parent as back bone.
However, people should stop comparing the two of them because they are different from each other. Even in their attitude, ultrances, approach to issues, the way and manner they carry and present themselves and their understanding about life generally, one will notice the differences. The beautiful thing about them is that the two of them are successful in their career and in life generally. The fans should spend more of their time and energy on their lives rather that fighting and arguing over who is better or richer between Wizkid and Davido.

Tesla and SpaceX boss Elon Musk’s net worth has surpassed $400 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, setting a new milestone Wednesday for the world’s richest person.

The jump in wealth, the business news outlet reported, came after SpaceX and its investors agreed to purchase as much as $1.25 billion of insider shares in a transaction that valued the rocket and satellite company at about $350 billion.

The transaction increased Musk’s personal wealth by about $50 billion to $440 billion, Bloomberg said.

Musk’s wealth, largely based on the share price of Tesla and the valuation of SpaceX, already took a huge leap after Donald Trump won last month’s US presidential election.

Tesla’s share price is up by about 65 percent since the vote in November.

Musk has been a prominent political donor and advocate for Trump, pumping a staggering $270 million into the Republican’s campaign.
He has been an ever-present sidekick for Trump since his election victory, inviting him to watch a rocket launch in Texas by his SpaceX company.

Musk’s businesses all have varying degrees of interactions with US and foreign governments, and his proximity to Trump has raised concerns that Musk will be able to give advantage to his own interests.

Argentinian President Javier Milei touted his administration's achievement of balancing the budget on Wednesday as observers called on billionaire Elon Musk to do the same thing for the U.S. via President-elect Trump's "DOGE" program.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) revealed data showing a drastic turnaround, starting in 2023, in Argentina's budget balance in relation to its GDP. The nation's deficit has reached effectively zero for the first time in over 100 years. Musk and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy are set to lead the Department of Government Efficiency under the next administration.

"The deficit was the root of all our evils—without it, there’s no debt, no emission, no inflation," Milei said in a Wednesday announcement. "Today, we have a sustained fiscal surplus, free of default."

"Without a deficit there is no debt, no issuance and no inflation. Today we have sustained fiscal surpluses, free of default, for the first time in 123 years," he added.

‘DOGE’-MEETS-CONGRESS: GOP LAWMAKER AARON BEAN LAUNCHES CAUCUS TO HELP MUSK ‘TAKE ON CRAZYTOWN’

Musk and Ramaswamy are tasked with auditing the U.S. executive branch and trimming wasteful spending. The DOGE is an out-of-government organization, however, and does not hold any authority on its own. The organization will instead provide recommendations to President-elect Trump's administration, which can be acted up accordingly.

DOGE is already receiving support from Republicans in Congress. Sen. Marsha Blackburn will roll out a package of legislation backing up the effort as Republican lawmakers launch legislative efforts to rally behind the cost-cutting goals.

REP. JARED MOSKOWITZ FIRST DEMOCRAT TO JOIN CONGRESSIONAL DOGE CAUCUS

The Tennessee Republican announced her plans to unveil the "DOGE Acts" in a post on X last week. They would seek to move federal agencies out of Washington, D.C., freeze federal hiring and salaries for one year, and get federal workers back in the office.

Along with Blackburn's legislative plans, Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, chair of the Senate's DOGE Caucus, unveiled a 60-page cost-cutting proposal during a meeting with GOP senators and Ramaswamy on Thursday. Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy will push recommendations on how to trim down the federal government.

The DOGE efforts have already gained bipartisan support from Rep. Jared Moskowitz, D-Fla., joining the House's GOP-led congressional caucus. Ahead of the meeting with Congress, Musk was asked whether he wanted Democratic members to be part of DOGE conversations, to which he was heard answering, "Yes."
