In this episode of Afrikaan Business With Yvonne Chinonye, we visited the Shukura Yam Market and discovered that starting up trade can be less expensive and yet promises a modest return on the investment made. For instance, from one of the board of trustees that we interviewed at the Shukura Yam Market, we discovered that with an investment of 10000naira in the Yam business a daily profit of 2000-3000naira can be made. This is enough reason to encourage anyone who wants to do the yam business to start it as it requires a little capital to kick start the business.
