Tuscan-Style Slow-Cooked Beef Roast

Savor the rich and hearty flavors of our Italian Pot Roast Straccato, perfect for a cozy family dinner! 🍖

Recipe
Ingredients:

2 lbs beef chuck roast
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 (14-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Directions:

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the beef with salt and pepper and sear in the pot until browned on all sides.
Remove the beef and add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
Return the beef to the pot and add the beef broth, crushed tomatoes, rosemary, and thyme.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover. Simmer for 3-4 hours, or until the beef is tender and falls apart easily.
Shred the beef in the pot and mix with the sauce.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Today,mom opened the cage for all the birds to feed them and non pinched her🤣😂

The birds have learnt their lessons lol.

Then the holy spirit told me this: God allow us to suffer somethings without helping us, because we've made decisions without seeking his opinion,so the consequences we face it equally.

Then, when we've realize our mistake and come back to him without finding faults he will accept us gladly.

Jesus, Christ loves everyone so much,no matter how big your sins may be , please come back to him

Never bites the fingers that feeds you!

Yesterday,mom wanted to feed the fowls so she went ahead and open the door for the fowls and it all came out and ran after her.

Suddenly,it all pinched her toes,so she sent them away . Then,she told the fowls that throughout today, she's not going to give them food at all till tomorrow and if it repeats the same thing tomorrow no food for it too! She left them .

Then,the holy spirit taught me this: we human are also like that, alot of people have bitten the fingers that feed them due to some reasons of selfishness and greediness.

Alot of times we've bitten the fingers that feed us in All ways(God). Because of some little challenges we run back denying him ,mean while if we prayerfully wait on him he will solve all and give us victory.

You still have the previledge to come back to him if you've bites the fingers of your maker and he will gladly accept you back .
Also ,have you bites the fingers of those who have in one way or the other fed you? Go! Go and reconcile with them. God bless you.

I was in the farm a day before yesterday,so after the day work,i went to search for a shady place to sit and immediately,i sighted a tree almost fallen and near to the ground already.

Then, wind came and it blew for 30 minutes it blew so heavily and yet the thinny tree didn't fall, I was surprised, cause alot of trees that are even bigger and taller than the thinny fell, but this thinny tree stood firm!

Then, the Holy Spirit told me this 👇
When you're standing on the rock, Christ Jesus, nothing will be able to shake you, though the wind will blow, but one will come out unshakeable . No trouble, problem will be able to overcome one.

Just like the tree, so thinny but yet, the wind blew and it stood firm. No matter how weak you are, just stay firm in Christ Jesus. No wind would be able to pull you down.

Yesterday,which was Sunday around past two noon I needed to go to church for another section of prayer. From my home down to the church is very far and also the sun . Guess what? I will trek down to the place ,and it's very essential I must be there. Alas! I stood up and get going I've walked for like hour and immediately I entered the street and I walked for a while, suddenly I sighted the church from afar and I was surprised.
Why was i surprised?

I was surprised as how I got there immediately,and it looked like I've only walked from my home down to church for just 20mins. I was just walking but not consciously walking,but the holy spirit told me this👇

When you've been doing something that you know is right and godly and you've not gotten to the ordained position,all you need to be focused,do not look at you not progressing, continue,for at second! You will just find yourself at your position.
That's what happened to me,but all of a sudden I saw myself there(church)
P:S: Don't relent, don't loose hope, it's about being the best.

I've been carry my hair for the past 2 months due to some essential reasons,and during the process,I just pack it any styles I wanted,hmmff, natural hair is beautiful. During the past 2 months I didn't plait my hair the holy spirit thought me alot and I'll share soon
