The Anglican Diocese of Ijesa North performed the feast of Ordination on Sunday June 23, 2024. Three postulants were made Deacons, four deacons were priested, two Honorary Canons were instituted and two Venerables were collated.

The preacher, the Venerable Samuel Ekunsanmi encouraged the new ordained and the elevated priests to be faithful servants of God. He said further that it only God who can reward for the labours in His Vineyard and thus encouraged them not to look up to man but God who shall duly reward them afterwards.
