There are 67 cards altogether in a deck of the game. The importance of the word of God cannot be overemphasized in the life of believers as the word of God is God (John 1:1). One perfect way to know God is by studying is word and most importantly, putting them into practice. (James 1:22)
Some Bible verses appear ‘’common’’ but only few people know where they are in the bible and can quote them of
f hand without mixing KJV with Amplified or NIV versions. In the light of this, a game has been designed to help everyone know these familiar bible verses, commit them to heart in an enjoyable manner. The game is targeted towards everyone as it is another means of preaching the gospel. It is particularly good for teenagers and youth as it will help them build a solid foundation. It will be helpful to new converts. The Bible quotations are in Authorized King James Version
This Game will
• Make Christians to be familiar with some familiar verses in the bible.
• Help believers to commit these verses to heart.
• It will replace some card games which are not really helpful to us
• It will keep teenager/youth busy in the way of the Lord. The Game
The game consists of 134 common bible verses (carefully selected). A deck of the game consist of
• 1 MasterCard
• 4 KingsCards
• 62 SuperCards
How to play the game
• The game can be played between two or more players.
• Each player picks 4 cards per round.
• The player that picks the MasterCard will pick 5 cards for that round.
• There are two modes to play the game
1. The first player will quote the Bible passage and the other player will mention where it could be found in the Bible.
• 1 mark for the book
• 1 mark for the chapter
• 1 mark for the verse
2. Another way to play the game is calling out the Bible passage and the other player will quote the passage.
• 3 marks for correct each quotation
NOTE
The players will agree on the mode of play at the beginning of the game. The player with the highest mark wins the game. As the Holy Spirit is the greatest teacher, we rely on Him to do what He alone can do.
