A good day invariably begins with the midnight moon. Yet,

madness. But what is the employment of a crescent
moon? My many write-ups here might have been
(mis)construed to be of the motivational side, but I assure
you, that is not part of the blueprint. These writings are
engendered to release myself from seemings of the
madness of isolation, free-time and expectation and give
coherence to my laternt English proficiency. Madness is,
indeed, a propeller.

From Dapo Adedeji to DapoKing? What exactly influenced
the transition?

I actually came up with the name when I was about 11years. I
needed a username for my twitter account back then and
since I was named ADEdapo and ‘ADE’ in Yoruba means crown.
Kings wear crown right? So, I just interchanged it and came up
with DapoKING. I was 11 years old....lol.. Glad I made that
decision then.

While growing up, everyone wanted to become different
personalities; a lawyer, an engineer, a banker or a pilot. Has
yours ever been a cinematographer? If no, what changed?

Growing up, I actually didn’t know what I was going to do with
my life. I wanted to be a doctor, lawyer, banker and musician at
the same time. I remember a day my dad asked me what I
wanted to become and I answered him and said “Pastor”,
baba slapped me and....
