I Just came back from an inspection today and I had the privilege to visit two different properties :
CASTLEVIEW ESTATE, OWO ENUGU and ROYAL HEIGHTS ESTATE, OWO, ENUGU.

The experience was amazing, while in the vehicle I was just wondering what the value of money and that of landed properties when our parents were in their youth.

I heard someone say his parents bought plots of lands at the rate of N5 Naira, N10 Naira, etc… I just can’t believe such while looking at the current price of lands today that ranges from N1 Million Naira, N100 Million and above, depending on the location ‘’well e reach our turn to be adult things come cost, nawao!’’ But the reality is that prices of lands keep Appreciating, Naira loosing value, lots of economic factors contributed in this regard.

So what do we have to do today to meet up?
The best time to buy land is now. Smart people are busy buying newly lauched properties at floor prices, stacking them up and they keep making money as the price appreciates. While some other people are doubting that bushes could be cities. Hmm!
