Great Exposition
That statement is probably not enough to describe how the sessions were.
On Saturday, I had the privilege to walk some great minds through the journey of Brand Experience (BX) and how it affect customer experience.
It’s was also an opportunity to learn from other experts like Elvis Tasieobi of Tasieobi Global, who took a deep dive into the concept of Customer service, and Jennifer Zondlo of leveling up leadership, who explained the concept of utilizing customer experience for profitability.
Thank you Onyeka Felix for the rare opportunity, Putting this together wasn’t easy and I applaud your doggedness in business and self development.
Indeed it was a Saturday we’ll spent.
