Word

"Trust in God", is an unwavering faith in His power, strength, and goodness.

God is the sole possessor of all power. His thoughts are always inclined towards your well-being. He is the only source of your salvation.

When you trust in the Lord, you show a profound sense of faith and resilience. You enjoy goodness and favor in both times of plenty and scarcity. You acknowledge the limitations of your manly strength, wealth, and intellect and rely on the grace and mercy of God. Not only that, but you are wrapped in the warmth of God's compassion and kindness.

Your trust is rewarded with redemption and blessing from the Lord. Everything you need will always find its way to you. You will never know the agony of disappointment or shame.

Word

Christ is your Substitute!!!

This is a biblical teaching that shows how God sent His Son to die in your place, taking the punishment of your sins upon Himself. His death has made you free from the penalty of sin and given you the gift of eternal life.

He died so;
*Your sins can be forgiven(Matt 2: 5-10)
*He could become the Judge of your case(Matt 13:41-43)
*He could satisfy your needs and be your helper(Matt 4 : 1-11, 11: 28-30)
*He could restore your sonship with God(Romans 8:17)

Jesus did not defile His flesh amidst all the temptations this made Him the most worthy sacrifice.God all our thanksgiving because we are what we are today through Christ’s death.

Strategies for overcoming procrastination include;

√ Setting your priorities straight.

√ Breaking down work into smaller, more manageable chunks.

√ Rewarding yourself for finishing chores on schedule.

√ Creating SMART goals (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely).

√ Identifying your IKIGAI (reason for existence)

√ Applying the KAIZEN principle (continuous improvement by making small changes every day rather than attempting to change everything at once) i. e The power of compound effects.

√ Implementing the Pomodoro technique (a time management method that involves focusing on a job for 25 minutes, taking a break, and repeating)

√ Developing a thriving mindset

√Finding yourself a thriving environment; a quiet place or being with people that are doing what you are doing, removing distractions( switch off that phone!!!) and getting organized

√ Taking care of yourself; Good health is a drive for productivity

Consider yourself to be the ass and c**t that were tied, whom the Lord had need for. God's demands towards the ass and c**t were specific, he said "loose them, and bring them unto me." This shows that God is concerned about you no matter the state you may find yourself. His call for you means that He will set you free from all restraints that may have held you bound and incapacitated you.

You are His child, He is your Father and His desire is to care for your, carry you and deliver your from your troubles.

_BIBLE REFERENCES: Exodus 14, Lamentations 3:26, Proverbs 14:29, Luke 21:17-19, Romans 12:12_

The Israelites, in Exodus chapter 14, when the Lord was going to deliver them out of the hands of the Egyptians got terrified when they saw that Pharaoh's chariots were coming after them. They questioned Moses in all manners and asked why he lead them out if death was still going to be their fate but Moses said unto them "...The Lord will fight for you, and all you have to do is keep still.”

This is a reminder that God still has you at heart and the troubles you endure will surely come to an end. You may see yourself drowning in misery and you may perceive condemnation to death, just like the Israelites did, but God always surely has a plan to create a path which will lead you out of anguish.

Therefore, you must take rest in the Lord, wait in patience for Him to help you, do away with anger and worry, be joyful in your hope and continue in instant prayers; these only demonstrate your full trust and reliance on God.

_*POINT TO REMEMBER:* Let your hope keep you joyful, be patient in your troubles, and pray at all times (Romans 12:12)._

When you search your ways, you will experience peace of mind and you will enjoy all the privileges that come with the finished work of Christ on the Cross.

Keeping yourself holy is evidence that you have searched yourself. Let the love of Christ dwell within You, cleave to that which is good (Romans 12:1-9)

Stop overthinking!!!!

The worldly trend of hardship, wickedness and chaos can be traced back to eras long before your fore fathers existed; nothing happening now is new. Hence there is need for you to stay calm in every situation.

When you keep you heart and mind with all diligence, you invite God to take care of you. All you need to do is keep your faith strong and guard your heart from doubtful thoughts. You must strive to serve God with gratitude and cheerfulness in your hearts.

Invite God into your affairs, and confide in Him even in the very little things that you do while eliminating all worrisome thoughts because He knows and sees you and knows the secrets of your heart.

POINT TO REMEMBER: Be still, cast your burden on the Lord and trust in Him to take care of you.

One might ask, "How can I resemble Christ while on Earth?" Despite God being supreme, all-powerful, and all-knowing, is it possible to possess these qualities as a human??!!

Through the finished work of Christ on the Cross,We have victory. God created us in His likeness and just as Christ died ,we are also dead and resurrected with Him through faith thus, we must always testify and confidently rely in His name, which reigns over any sickness or ailment or circumstance.

Fear not, stand firm with God; For as long as Christ overcame the world,we also have overcome the world. Let us have faith in God because nothing will ever be able to separate us from the love of God( Romans 8: 31-39).

It is God's will that we give thanks to him in Christ Jesus regardless of our situations (Thessalonians 5:16). Our coming into this world was with nothing but God in His infinite mercy chose to bless us with all we need to sustain us daily, without us even asking.

God is a lover of Thanksgiving. And his generosity supercedes all other kind and is also long lasting.

When we thank God, He is glorified. We enjoy peace, joy and abundant blessings. It also depends our faith and draws us closer to God

5. His or her level of empathy and care

7. ⁠His/her background( the way your partner would behave is just a reflection of the quality of His/her childhood)

Expecting someone to be 100% perfect In a relationship is highly delusional. We only strive to meet perfection.

2. Support; financially,psychologically and otherwise

Love is an active process( 1st Corinthians 13)
It is important to learn the love language of our spouse and make use of them.
