I was put on medication and for the next 6 months, I battled with Side Effects, Anxiety, and Insomnia. This led to other complications that I have never experienced before like Heart Palpitations. The medical personnel on my case never gave me assurance but hinted that I might stay on drugs for life. I became desperate and started searching for a solution and by the grace of God, I found it. Since then, my Blood Pressure has remained normal till date. I am no more anxious and I sleep well. I have also used what I found to help as many people as I can. But now, I have decided to take it to a higher level. The rate at which Hypertension is going up not only in older people but now in young people is alarming. We have a grave situation on our hands. This has inspired me to reach as many as I can to impart this knowledge and help many REVERSE their Blood pressure. I want to help a Thousand (1000) people REVERSE their Blood Pressure for the next 10 months. I want to help 100 people each month.
