TUESDAY OF SECOND WEEK OF ADVENT (feast of our Lady of Guadalupe)
Luke 1:26-38
One of the most beautiful words I have heard.
“You can’t hide grace”
Grace is something given or bestowed not to be hidden but to blossom and let others partake of it.
Today’s gospel(Luke 1:26-38)
takes us back to the encounter between the Angel Gabriel
and our Blessed mother.
Watch the angels words
“Hail Mary
full of grace,
you have found favor with God”
Today we celebrate the feast of our lady of Guadalupe.
One beautiful thing our lady does through these apparitions,
is to remind or open us up to the limitless grace and favors she has recieved from God.
Yes those very words of the Angel Gabriel are no fluke.
Like Mary said to Juan,
in that apparition,
she is merciful and loving
and her beautiful shoulders and embrace are there for us to lean on.
Think about it today.
Has your God given grace been devoid of love and mercy.
A lot of times,
God’s favor and grace enters our hands and we turn to demigods.
We can learn from our mother Mary.
As we learn,
we also learn to fly to her patronage…
