Just a little ingenuity can turn your fiascos into sweet victories.
After arriving home yesterday and attempting to unpack my bag, I realized that I had forgotten my phone and MIFI charger at work. I felt frustrated because I needed to use my laptop for important work but couldn't without my phone and MIFI. Fortunately, I had my earpod charging cord, which works with the MIFI, so I improvised with that.
The next day, my MIFI was almost out of power, so I connected it to my system to charge again, but it wasn't charging this time around— something had probably gone wrong overnight with the earpod cord. I was extremely frustrated with myself and kept asking how on earth I'd forgotten my chargers at work going into a long weekend.
I began searching for old cables, but none of them seemed to work. Finally, it occurred to me that I could combine the earpod cord with another old cable, which I did. To my delight, it synced well and my MIFI powered up.
To cut a long story short, I've just learned that every challenge isn't just a problem; it's a sneak peek into your Do-it-yourself (DIY) genius. When life gives you hiccups, look within; you might just discover you're the hero with the earpod cord.
Indeed, you can always make lemonade out of that bitter lemon.
