Surah Balad Verse 4 Reflection

Al-Balad 90:4

لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ فِى كَبَدٍ

that We have created man for toil and trial.

English - Tafsir Jalalayn

We certainly created man (al-insn: the generic noun) in travail, in [a state of] toil and hardship, struggling with the tribulations of this world and the calamities in hereafter.
In the above verse Allah declares an important truth; a truth that may not be palatable to us humans. Life for human beings is often distressful and stuffed with trials.Man would like a life full of happiness and comfort, but apparently that is not what Allah has planned for Us in this world. From the time we were born, through the stages of childhood and youth until old age,We have to undergo a variety of hardships.We should know that the Human life revolves around discomforts, including physical aches and pains, mental worries, and emotional damage,Yeah.. to name just a few.
And this verse is not a hopeless view of the world, but a practical reality, and to have expectations from life that there's always exam or trial.
It's for you to know that No one is secure from the trials on the earth . . . It's for you to know that Everyone You see is bound to go through tests
It's for we to know that everyone will encounter in the course of his life a series of unpleasant and painful events..
It's for you to know that behind every single smile you see.. There's a frustrated heart,A painful heart..A tested fellow...
So my sisters and brothers..We should never expect a trouble free life h
We should think of these difficulties and distress as challenges which help us rise to higher levels, we should appreciate the wisdom behind them.
There's is Hadith that's says there is no calamity that befalls a believer that Allah will not wipe some of his sin with it
We should learn to grow through our difficulties and trials.
We must appreciate our distress and understand the role it plays in our lives.Jazakallahu Khairan
