PHOTOS: Junior Pope: Late Nollywood Makeup Artist, Abigail Frederick, Buried In Akwa Ibom

The late Nollywood makeup artist, Abigail Fredrick, 24, has been laid to rest in her hometown in Ikot Udoma, Eket Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, on Monday.

Frederick was among the five film practitioners, including Junior Pope, who died when their boat capsized on the River Niger last Wednesday.

PUNCH Online reports that the Akwa Ibom State Governor, Umo Eno, instructed that her body be returned to the state for a proper burial after she was said to have been buried by the riverbank.

Following the governor's directive, her body was exhumed on Sunday, April 14.

A candle-light procession was also said to have been held in her honour.

A Facebook user, Ubong David, who shared pictures from the burial on Monday wrote, "Today, the late Abigail Frederick, the Nollywood makeup artist who tragically lost her life in the ill-fated boat mishap, has been laid to rest at the family compound in Ikot Udoma, Eket Local Government Area.

"The funeral service was conducted by the Church of Christ, Ikot Udoma, and was attended by various dignitaries, including the Eket Transition Committee Chairman, Akaniyene Tommey; Commissioner for Tourism, Charles Udoh; SA on Entertainment, Moses Eskor; Godfada Uko, members of the Eket Transition Committee, Nollywood actress, Eve Esin, the Nollywood community, friends, and sympathisers."

What caused Mohbad's death?..
Although, the cause of his death is unknown, there are rumours flying everywhere that his former boss NAIRA MARLEY had a hand in it.

Naira Marley who is the owner of the Marlian record label , once signed the promising singer in 2021. The duo were close and gave their fans back to back hits until their fallout last year.

What was the reason for the fallout?..
Mohbad decided that Naira Marley was a bad influence to him. He told his closest friends that whenever they go to the studio to sing , that there were always dr,ugs available. In one if his interviews, he spoke with the host and reveals what goes on during their studio session, how they sl,eep with some of the video vixens before and during the music video shoots, how they smoke until they are almost unconscious and inhale har,d drugs to keep them awake.
In February 2022, Mohbad and zinolesky got involved with NDLEA because of dru,g abuse.
They were detained for almost a week until their record own boss bailed them out.

Mohbad spoke about his contract , he signed before joining the label. He opened up on reasons why he left. According to him, he was fed up of been discredited and tired of the constant misuse of d, rugs.

He unveils that the gangs side hustle is online f,raud and scammi,Ng .

Naira Marley did not like the fact that Mohbad was spilling too much information, so he plotted ways to sh,UT him up.
Naira Marley sent boys one-day to beat Mohbad up at his place, luckily he escaped and went live explaining his encounter with his former boss.

Mohbad was living in fear and was depressed. He could not keep up with the fake display of life and wanted to grow the legit way.
His boss was stunting his growth, Naira Marley was feeding him with too much Dr,ugs and it was affecting his body system.

While battling with a fa,iled career and no friends, he attempted su,icide a couple of times but was unsuccessful.
