Job Summary:
You will be a pivotal member of the executive team, providing comprehensive support for the CEO and other senior executives. This role involves administrative duties, strategic project management, and significant oversight of management expenses. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, managing both routine tasks and complex projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage executive schedules, travel, and communication logistics; handle correspondence and presentations with professionalism.
Project & Event Management: Plan corporate events, lead projects, and ensure alignment with budget and company goals.
Strategic Support: Contribute to strategic initiatives and prepare detailed reports with a focus on cost analysis.
Expense Oversight: Track and report management expenses, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
Operational Efficiency: Implement improvements to streamline processes and reduce costs.

Job Requirements:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management or related field, with 5+ years in executive support or operations, emphasizing cost management.
Project Management: Proficient in planning, executing, and overseeing complex projects and events with attention to detail and time management.
Financial Acumen: Strong background in cost analysis, expense management, and budget optimization.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to assist in strategic planning and make recommendations for operational improvements.
Communication & Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare and present executive-level reports.
Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools; familiarity with financial or expense tracking software is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills, confidentiality, adaptability, and meticulous attention to detail.
