I don't know much about police process/protocol/procure of increasing the rank of police, but this is me soliciting for the concerned authorities to reward this rare officer (of which I believe everyone in Ebonyi support).

He gently carry out his duty without stepping on anyone's right.

He is simply the best.

Unknown Gunmen attacked Policemen at a checkpoint in the early hour today at Hilltop Road Abakaliki, Ebonyi State.

At the time of the incident, 2 policemen were confirmed dead.

This calls for more vigilance to the people of Ebonyi State.

Gov. Francis Nwifuru, has procured four number Innoson CNG buses that will be conveying workers of the State to their work places at no cost?

The buses which have been designated to be conveying Staff to Ebonyi State University, Ochoudo Centenary City, Abakaliki, the International Airport as well as Ebonyi State College of Education Ikwo and AE-FUNAI are procured as a way of cushioning the effect of hardship orchestrated by the recent fuel subsidy removal.

Ebonyi Ex-Govs Kick Against Naming Of Airport After Okadigbo

Former governors of Ebonyi State, Chief Martin Elechi and Dr. Sam Egwu, on Sunday kicked against the naming of the state airport after late Senate President Chuba Okadigbo.

Speaking earlier, Elechi said: “Ebonyi people are not happy to hear our new airport being called Chuba Okadigbo Airport. Chuba Okadigbo is a great Nigerian but he is not known in Ebonyi State neither will Ebonyi people say this is what he did for them.

Egwu said: “That airport should be named after Offia-Nwali.”

In his remarks, a member of the House of Representatives, Chinedu Ogah, representing Ezza North and Ikwo Federal Constituency, said the National Assembly members from Ebonyi State will sponsor a bill to ensure that the airport is named after Offia-Nwali.

Protesting workers lock David Umahi inside his office over claims that he stopped engineers & directors from doing their work, by bringing consultants to run the affairs of the ministry.
David Umahi had earlier prevented workers who came late to work from gaining access to the ministry.
