EBONYI 2023: PDP WILL NOT FAIL IF VOTED INTO POWER, OGBAGA ASSURES NDI EBONYI

Ahead of the 2023 gubernatorial election, the member representing Abakaliki/Izzi federal constituency,has reiterated that the ideology of the PDP is focused on delivering the dividends of democracy to the people.He noted that the PDP would provide extraordinary developmental imprints to the people of Ebonyi.

Ogbaga, who made this known during a brief discuss with his media team described the PDP as the best choice for the people, urging party faithful to remain steadfast and work harder to ensure PDP returns to power in Ebonyi come 2023.

The influential lawmaker while assuring his constituents to partner with the PDP to restore good governance and infrastructural development noted that he has not failed in his primary responsibilities as a representative member and that PDP would not fail if elected in the upcoming election.

Ogbaga,further described the chairman of the party, Mr. Okorie Toochukwu as an eminently qualified chairman enriched with potential, capable of ensuring that the party come out victorious in 2023.He encouraged the people to turn out en masse and join the ongoing PDP registration to ensure we get Nigeria and Ebonyi working again.

RT.HON.SLYVESTER OGBAGA CONGRATULATES THE NEWLY ELECTED PDP EXECUTIVES,URGES THE EXCOS TO WORK FOR THE VICTORY OF PDP IN THE STATE.

The member representing Abakaliki/Izzi federal constituency Rt.Hon Sylvester Ogbaga(Ikemba) has congratulated the newly elected executives of the people's democratic party in Ebonyi state in a keenly contested state Congress held on 16th October 2021,in Abakaliki the state capital.

Hon.Ogbaga describe the congress as one of the most free,fair and credible Congress so far and urged the general public to emulate the people's Democratic party in term of free and fair elections.

He described the victory of the newly elected executives of the party led by the chairman Hon.Okoroafor Toochukwu Okorie,stating that the victory was deserving and urged him to run an all inclusive government,adding that PDP has been the party to bit in Ebonyi since it's creation and should intensify efforts to reposition the party to come out victorious come 2023.

He commended those who lost in the election and encouraged them to see the outcome as the will of God,noting that party is supreme and its decisions are abiding.

Hon.Ogbaga as well thanked the delegates for their maturity and decision to make the right choices to pilot the affairs of the party.
While thanking the immediate past caretaker committee members led by Elder Fred Udeogu for their commitment,dedication and selfless service to the party since they came on board in November 2020.

He commended the stakeholders of the party for their relentless efforts and support to make sure the party reclaim its mandate in 2023.

It was indeed a huge milestone success for our great Party, the People's Democratic party(PDP) in Ebonyi State.

Our State Congress took place at Abakaliki the state capital of Ebonyi,The crowd was breathtaking. The organization was spot on. It was dotted in peace. Our stakeholders were super elated.it was really a huge success!

All thanks to God Almighty for such a gift of stakeholders who understands what leadership means.

Many congratulations to all elected Executives of our great Party, especially, our new chairman, Mr. Okoroafor Toochukwu Okorie May God bless you with His wisdom and understanding Spirit as you go on to make remarkable history in our great party and Ebonyi State.

As today marks International day of the girl child, I want to enjoin leaders at all levels to invest in girl child education.

Girl child education is central to development.

Investment in girl child education benefits the individual, society, and the world at large.

The theme for International Day of Girl Child 2021 is ‘Digital generation’.
A girl child is treasured asset to the family,community and country.

I repeat my call for collective efforts to eliminate all barriers,including right to an education that hinders the right of the girl child to achieve their potentials.

OGBAGA EXTOL TEACHERS VALUABLE CONTRIBUTIONS TO NATION BUILDING.

- They Are The Beacon Of Our Society And Formulators Of Leaders.

The Lawmaker Representing Abakaliki/Izzi Federal Constituency Rt. Hon.Sylvester Ogbaga has congratulated Teachers, especially Ebonyi Homegrown Teachers to mark the year Teacher's Day Celebrations.

In the Statement signed by the Media Office of the lawmaker, Hon. Ogbaga extolled the good virtues of Teachers Globally and in a special way celebrated Ebonyi homegrown teacher whom he described as the Beacon of the State and Nation.

"A good teacher is like a candle, it consumes itself to light the way for others. There is no contention about the positive contributions of teachers to human capital development globally. Without teachers, the world would not have great leaders and heroes who make our society and the Nation a better place for all".

Ogbaga equally congratulated Mrs. Bridget Nnabueze who won the overall best Teacher for Secondary School Teachers in Nigeria. He equally reiterated commitment to Education as well as the Girl child development.

He enjoined teachers to remain committed and resolute in their ordination and call to inspire and groom leaders and heroes and the Federal Government to treat the profession as noble with attractive incentives.

"In South Korea, teachers are known as nation builders, while Finland regarded teachers as key success behind the country’s development. Nigerian government should also take a cue from these countries and encourage the teachers, motivate them adequately and respect the profession as noble" Ogbaga said.

Ebonyi 2023:Ogbaga To The Rescue.

Undoubtedly, the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) shall in 2023 declare PDP, top voted and winner of the Gubernatorial election with Rt. Hon. Slyvester Ogbaga on the ballot as Candidate of the party.

The expectations from ndị Ebonyi both at Home and in the Diaspora would be very high on him and are expected to hit the ground running to rescue Ebonyi State and the party from annihilation and clutches of godfathers.

The administration of Right Honorable Sylvester Ogbaga (IKEMBA) will restore the hope of the ordinary man and woman, return Ebonyi State to the Global Map to live true to the slogan of "Salt of the Nation".

Ogbaga,a seasoned administrator, policy strategist, experienced and award winning Public Servant, his administration will ensure smooth transition from the old order to a new high across all sectors.
