BUSINESSMAN ... Former National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (Namcor) manager Cedric Willemse, who is applying to be granted bail after spending two months in custody following his arrest, has testified in the Windhoek Magistrate’s Court that he had various businesses before being employed by Namcor in June 2022. Willemse says he currently owns a farm in the Okahandja area, which he bought for N$12.9 million with a bank loan near the end of 2024, and his current income is derived from farming activities. Welcome Dr Shinime | Newly Accredited Paediatrician

Dr Isack Shinime is a qualified and dedicated Paediatrician with extensive experience in providing comprehensive healthcare for infants, children, and adolescents.

He obtained his undergraduate medical degree from University of Pretoria in 2013. He did his internship between 2014 and 2015 at the Windhoek hospital complex. After completing his internship, he then joined Paediatric department at Katutura Intermediate Hospital in 2016 as a medical officer.

He completed his paediatric specialization at Tygerberg Hospital in Cape Town South Africa in 2023 and his Master of Medicine degrees in Paediatric at the University of Stellenbosch in 2023. During his four years of specialization, he was exposed to various paediatric conditions both acute and chronic and hence he has mastered how to treat them under the guidance of different sub specialist paediatricians and experienced general Paediatrician at Tygerberg Hospital.

With 9 years of clinical experience in Paediatric medicine, Dr Shinime has always dedicated to providing evidence-based treatment to children from birth to the age of 12 years of age both in public and private health facilities.
Beyond clinical work, Dr Shinime is passionate about child health promotion, preventive medicine, and community health education. He works closely with families to empower them with knowledge and support.
