CLIENT TESTIMONY | 17 DEC 2025 📌

“I still remember the morning I almost gave up. My inbox was full of ‘regret to inform you’ emails, and I was starting to feel like maybe the problem was me. I had the experience, I had the willingness to work, but something just wasn’t landing.

Then I reached out to Employment Namibia… and that decision changed everything.

They took the time to understand my journey, my strengths, and what I actually wanted. My old CV didn’t show any of that—it looked flat, outdated, and honestly, a little embarrassing. Employment Namibia transformed it into something that finally reflected the woman I am: capable, organised, and ready.

My cover letter went from generic to powerful. And the interview coaching? That’s what helped me walk into my Swakopmund interview with my head high, my answers sharp, and my confidence steady.

When the hiring manager smiled and shook my hand, I felt something I hadn’t felt in a long time—certainty. I knew I had shown up as the best version of myself.

A few days later, the call came:
“You’ve been selected as our new Office Clerk.”

I cried. Not because I was weak, but because the fight was worth it.

Employment Namibia didn’t just help me get a job—they helped me reclaim my confidence and step into the life I’ve been trying to build.

🔥 BLACK FRIDAY SPECIAL is still running.
If you’re hesitating, understand this: opportunities don’t wait. And neither should you.
