Office Administrator (Entry-Level) – x2 Walvis Bay, x1 Swakopmund and x2 Rehoboth
About the Role
We are searching for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator (Entry-Level). In this role, you will provide a variety of administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
-Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing correspondence.
-Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital)
-Process invoices and other financial documents
-Schedule appointments and manage calendars
-Prepare presentations and reports
-Assist with travel arrangements
-Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
-Grade 12 certificate
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-A meticulous eye for detail
-Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
-Preferable Qualifications
-Experience in an office environment
