A gathering of San people will be held in the Omulunga community hall in Grootfontein tomorrow, with an opening ceremony led by the chief of the Hai //om San people of Namibia, Chief Ananias Soroseb. According to Chief Joseph Gomoseb, San from Tsumeb, Tsintsabis, Ondara, Tsumeb, Lake Otjikoto, Okahandja, Otavi, Otjiwarongo, Kalkfeld, Rehoboth, Windhoek and Gobabis are expected at the event. Permission has already been obtained from the local station commander, and Gomoseb says the Namibian police will be there, "to protect us from criminals and instigators".
