Here’s a quick breakdown of how we generated such results for an E-commerce brand
I want to share an advertising funnel with you that no one talks about…⠀ ⠀ ⠀
It’s one that we implement that routinely generates ungodly results.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
See, everyone always talks about having amazing copy and great creatives (I’m guilty of this too)...⠀ ⠀

However, what they don’t talk about is how the two tie in together.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
Here’s what I mean.⠀

The creative [Picture or video] of any ad has one job.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
TO STOP THE SCROLL.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
It’s essential to bring someone, who’s looking through their friends and family posts, to a screeching halt.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
How can you do this?⠀ ⠀ ⠀
Well, first off you must realize that ads that look like ads won’t catch anyone's attention.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
If you use creatives where it shouts ‘25% OFF TODAY’ etc. it will not capture and hold attention.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
Capturing and holding attention is what your creatives should do.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
WHAT ARE CREATIVES THAT ACHIEVE THIS MAIN GOAL?⠀ ⠀ ⠀
Creatives that fit subtly fit into the feed of your ideal customer⠀ ⠀ ⠀
Images/videos which are genuinely engaging/amusing⠀ ⠀
Creatives that are really left-wing and are not common⠀ ⠀ ⠀
For example, I’m currently running an ad for my agency that literally says ‘I’m trying to get your attention.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
Side note: Memes are another great creative to use as they fall into every one of the above categories!⠀ ⠀ ⠀
So now, we have captured someone's attention…⠀ ⠀ ⠀
What do we do now?⠀ ⠀ ⠀
Well, what we must do is get them to leave FB/IG and go to your website/funnel.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
If this part of the funnel is broken then your overall results will be non-existent.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
It’s all well and good being able to grab someone's attention and get them commenting and liking the ad, but if they don’t convert, it’s all useless.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
How do we move them from FB/IG and inject them into your website/funnel?⠀ ⠀ ⠀
Well, this is where your ad copy takes over.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
Creative is to grab someone's attention and the ad copy is to move them.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
Ad copy is a topic I talk about a lot and the simple reason is that it has the ability to make or break your entire ad account (similar to creatives).⠀ ⠀ ⠀
All it takes is 1 good combination of copy + creative (given you have a solid offer/product which also has a strong product-market fit) to scale your brand into the multiple 7 and 8 figure ranges whilst being offensively profitable.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
That's what it comes down to at the end of the day.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
AND SO IF YOU ARE AN ECOMMERCE BRAND FOUNDER, I URGE YOU TO GO A LITTLE LEFT-WING WITH YOUR ADS EVEN IF IT’S SLIGHTLY OFF-BRAND.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
Because it’s those ads that produce unearthly results.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
I see this happen all the time and I push my clients to allow us to triple down into that abnormal approach because simply put: it just works.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
And I urge you to do the same.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
