When Mix Code came to us with the opportunity to collaborate on the stage design for the 61st Golden Horse Awards, we jumped!

The concept for this year is all about abstract visuals of the sun and the moon with a colour scheme spanning across twilight, dawn and dusk. For our segment’s stage design, we made abstract curtains that resemble the ever-changing sky and the flow of time.

Pos Malaysia has been an integral part of every Malaysian’s life for the past 200 years — let’s rewind a little and celebrate its incredible ride of transformation through the decades.

Together with agency creative directors Ian Lee & Alex Wong, we built sets that tell the stories of the brand’s history and present, and we even made a stamp set for the campaign!

For sounds, we teamed up with our good pals over at Two AM Music, accompanied by the incredible voices of Azman Zulkiply and Soo Wei across 3 languages. The support from Bolt Studio & Danny Gan for the intro and outro drove us all to the finish line!

The story of SD Guthrie’s legacy told in the form of a musical.

In May 2024, SD Guthrie hosted a brand launch to commemorate its sparkling rebrand from Sime Darby Plantation. As part of the launch, our team designed the stage visuals for the evening’s musical segment in honour of the company’s 200-year journey and milestones 🌊

When TBWA came to us with a brief to make an animated music video out of Bask Bear’s Brader BLE character, naturally we said…

“Yes laaa brader!”

"Exploring animation was an amazing journey, from a first sketch to the final captivating product on screen. Like the stars in the night sky, we stepped into this world full of stories to tell. Yet the time was ticking a bit too fast and we had to pause our journey traveling through the galaxies. Nonetheless, we had an enjoyable time learning the craft here and we cherished every moment here."

Some recent illustration work for IHH Healthcare’s maternity campaign for the Year of the Dragon 🐉

The creative brief had 2 goals — To create a gentle yet tenacious mother dragon, and to build a hearty medical kingdom that acts as a place of refuge for her to give birth to her lil baby.

The eventual look of the mother dragon ended up a little different from what’s shown in this post, but somehow we just grew to be more attached to this version 💚

When we heard that Air India needs an animated short for their new and gorgeous uniforms designed by Manish Malhotra, we said ‘Yes!’ in a heartbeat.

Thanks to our pals over at Post Office for getting us onboard for the short’s art direction and illustration! (We loooooove dipping our paint brushes)
