有朋友问我，我做的「水是最好的药」那个视频，是不是说喝水就可以了？不要去迷信什么水仪水机？
。。。
照片背景中的大叔，上个月，我拿10大桶THZ水给他。他因糖尿病锯了条腿，另一条腿也发黑了。除了糖尿病，也有血压高，肾功能也不好了，排尿困难，有时还需要吃药才能小便。医生限制他一天只能和500ml的水。
这个状况他又怎能靠「水是最好的药」？
基本问题是喝了水排不出来。

但是他喝了THZ水后，可以开始小便，而且可以慢慢的越喝越多。现在已经可以喝1500ml了。排尿正常，再也无需靠药物。
血压也从160，讲到140正常水平。

他很开心的的说感觉身体瘦了，头发也长回了。
只是血糖还是上上下下。
我告诉他，慢慢吧，毕竟累积几十年的慢性病，不可能在一个半月完全医治得好。
能够让他正常的喝水，血压正常，已经很厉害了。

亲眼目睹的见证，我只能说这水仪的确是有一定的功效，让人体有效的吸收。细胞有水就能正常操作。

近年来市面上很多各种各样的的水机、水仪的面世。
每个都吹得可以上天，说什么喝他们得水就可以医治百病。。。。连医学界都束手无策得三高他们都可以医治！说法真的夸张得令人嗤之以鼻。

原来他们的秘密就在这本「水是最好的药」的书里面。

你信不信？喝水就可以医治胃痛，关节炎，抑郁，哮喘，肥胖，甚至高血压，高胆固醇和糖尿病！
这么荒谬的说法来自这本「水是最好的药」。

这本书是由巴特曼医生所写。
这本书的核心，就是通过适量的多喝水，就能解决市面上80%的疾病。
严格来讲身体很多的症状都不是疾病，只是生体缺水的症状。
身体缺水，就应该补充水，而不是吃药。

巴特曼医生批评现代医学的基本假设，疾病的病源是来自生体75%以外的物质。
但是没有考虑过体内是否因缺乏水分而出现的症状。

我们可能都自认自己喝很多水，或者都觉得我都没有口渴过，那里会缺水。
这里说的喝水，是和纯水（白开），而不是饮料如咖啡，茶等。
饮料大多含有脱水因子，结果自己以为喝了很多水分，但是这些饮料喝了下去，身体其实排除更多的水分。
又加上我们现代人的节奏和忙碌，打乱了我们喝水的习惯，很多人在工作的时候都没有办法喝水，唯有等到休息时间才可以喝水。
结果久而久之习惯了，能忍耐一定的口渴，最后只有在特别渴的时候，才会想去补水，这个时候已经晚了，身体已经严重缺水。

巴特曼医生对肠胃病、高血压、糖尿病、高胆固醇、肥胖、关节疼痛等都有给合理的科学解释、如何缺水的状况下会照成这些病症.

书中通过简单的补水医治多种疾病的理论，都经过很多人的验证，证明是有效的。
本书严谨翔实，有通俗易懂的建议，也有很科学理论的推导，也有实践的证明。当中有一部分的理论，是需要高中的biology的基础才看得明白。
所以说本书不应该被当作江湖医术，或者伪科学。

所以说回市面上的所谓能量水机、太赫兹水仪能否治疗很多疾病？
我看了这本书后，我觉得这本书已经在科学上解释了为什么可以。
因为它们弄出来的水，让病人有机会：
1. 喝纯净的水 （就是H2O）而不是饮料
2. 喝充足的水 （因为相信能治病）

当然也有可能水机、水仪的特别功能让水分子更容易让人吸收。比如THZ太赫兹水仪用太赫兹射线的原理把水分子改造成链式分子，相对普通水分子来说更容易渗入细胞内，所以更能快速让细胞补充水分。这也解释了为何THZ的水帮了很多人改善他们的病情。

最后总结来说，看懂了这本书，如果患病的也许可以给自己一个机会去尝试利用补水的方式，看自己的病情是否能够改善。
但是务必要把书看完，因为巴特曼医生有教导如何增加饮水的方法。

辣木叶不但可以吃，而且还很有营养「添」

辣木籽的神奇疗效大家都知道。
但是种辣木最大的烦恼就是纷飞的叶子。

不怕不怕。。。
只要你会吃辣木叶，就不会有纷飞的叶子了。
今天阿Sam教大家如何弄辣木叶面粉糕，和辣木叶Miso汤。
虽然看起来简单得好像随便解决一餐，但是当中的营养是不得了的喔！

主「菜」辣木叶本身就是营养爆棚的植物。联合国把它归类为粮食救星，他们教贫穷国家大量种植和食用，让那边的居民获得均衡营养。本视频最后阿Sam有一一讲解它有那些过人的营养成分。

然后在加上猪油，不但面很香，而且上一集有讲过，猪油是排名第八最有营养的食物。

再来Miso本身也是很有营养的。Miso的营养我们下次教你做Miso的时候才讲咯。所以要留守我们的页面啦。只是现在要交代的是，在做Miso soup的时候，温度不可过高。Miso的最大好处在于它的益菌，如果你拿它来煲汤酱煲，那些益菌就死光光了。

「有没有搞错？猪油是十大最有营养食物之一？」

猪油给我们的印象是邪恶的。
它是肥胖、心脏病、三高的化身。
所有现代人看到猪油好像见到鬼一样。

如果你也这样认为，那就该update一下自己了。

科学家研究不断的更新和有新发现，越来越多的证据显示以前的研究结果大错特错。
最近的发现是其实猪油的脂肪成分其实没有和心血管疾病有任何关系，反而猪油里的脂肪成分大多属于“好油”,是单不饱和脂肪的油酸，这种油是人体需要的，可以帮忙降低心脏疾病，和降低坏的胆固醇！

很惊讶是不是！？

所以猪油其实在2018年被英国BBC列为最有营养的食物之一，不是他们搞错，是有科学研究根据的。
