Disclaimer : "Barang ni aku beli prelove item." dan tulisan ni agak panjang, tapi baca la sampai abis sbb aku nak cerita ni hehe dan inshaAllah bermanfaat.

Di tangan saya ni satu Graphic Card (GC) siri RTX 2060 Super yang tak asing bagi gamers. GC ini dikeluarkan sekitar tahun 2021, masa tu susah YANG AMAT nak beli sbb shortage chipset kes geng mining bertambah bak cendawan tumbuh selepas hujan. Nahhh amik hang!

Masa tu harga sejibik ni RM3350 mcm hampa boleh view dalam resit yang disediakan tu. MAHAL nak mampos!

Tahun 2021 tu, kita dalam era Pendamic. Most of us x leh keluar berkerja dan ada yang bekerja dari rumah. Ada 2 kategori yang beli natang ni.
Kategori 1 - Sebab Keperluan (Mereka yang cari pendapatan melalui live gaming)
Kategori 2 - Sebab Kehendak (Mereka yang nak memenuhi PKP dengan main game bergraphic tinggi)

Cuma kan... masa 2021 tu kan purata harga emas 999.9 ni RM262/gram. Haaa, hampa nampak tak aku nak bgtau apa?

Bagi geng kategori 2 tu kan... Beli emas taun tu boleh dapat

(RM3350/RM262) = 12.7862 gram

dan simpan sampai tahun ni. nilai emas dia tu dah berganda2.

(12.7862gram X RM352) = RM4500 nilai jual balik. Kenaikkan 34% anggaran 11.44% setahun boh.

Masa disclaimer den bgtau den beli preloved kan dengan harga RM650. Korang kira la berapa depreciation dia...

Takyah kira laaaa... neh dah ada
80.597% susut nilai selama 3 tahun dan anggaran 26.565% setahun.

Jadi mcm mana? if korang nak beli sesuatu barang yang korang berada dalam kategori 2 (kehendak) fikir-fikirkanlah
