Long overdue news but thought to update. 80th percentile in 36% global pass rate, amongst people in finance - it is beyond just my own effort, it is God. The reason I do CFA is to benefit you, to share credible research and help people be a learned investor. Will not have the capacity to make more content in the mean time, but if you have followed Larry Cheung and Dr Mark’s research, you are good. Here goes level 2!

Been studying for my exam hence did not make any YT content (probably won't until after Nov), but I want to share with you one of the sources I go to to understand the market, I don't see anyone on YT does better analysis than Dr Mark (Larry Cheung does great content too). I am talking about content with deep substance.

It can be boring and lengthy, but when the going gets tough, the learning and growing exponentiates. If it is easy, it means we are not learning/growing fast enough.

Sharing for transparency purpose since I have been endorsing Tesla for long term unless business fundamentals change. As I learnt deeper, I realised Lithium supply (+price), increasing semiconductors price will strain margins, EVs also do have a lower barrier of entry than I initially thought, hence a revaluation. Worst case $400, best case $1500 (not including energy, robotaxi etc). Did this for risk management purpose.

*forgot I had previous minor gain, so all in all exited with an overall 10% gain. On hindsight, it was always better to have exited when 80% up, but reality no such thing…Will reenter close to $500, close to worst case scenario price.

Here is my outlook on Tesla based on Q4 deliveries. I have increased my price target because margin will continue to increase with 4680 batteries, Giga Berlin, Giga Texas (I was that donkey for not seeing this earlier).

No assumptions on energy sector yet as it is not as straightforward to project, need more research.
