Responsibilities

Prepare journal, general ledger entries

Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements

Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts

Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable

Assist in preparing budgets, yearend closing forecasts Audit process

Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences

Review and process expense reports

Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

Providing organized administrative support to the CEO.

Handling confidential documents, correspondence, and records.

Make travel arrangement for the upper management, business partners & consultants.

Liaising with staff, suppliers, company secretary, clients and any external parties

Oversea Company’s car maintenance, company licenses and agreements renewal.

Performing postal duties including receipt of mail and parcels, sorting and delivery by department/companies; also performing some dispatch duties.

Manage and order office supplies.

Managing payment and settlement of CEO’s personal bills and claims

Assisting CEO & Undertaking other special assignments and ad-hoc functions as and when required

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Required skill(s): MS Office. MS Excel and UBS

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Knowledge of finance principles

Knowledge of financial reporting

Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation

Technical accounting skills

Previous experience of general accounting

Proficiency in relevant accounting software
