Nasi lemak spots seem to be mushrooming in Klang Valley these days!
Spotted a fairly new nasi lemak spot called @serunainasilemak and they have this concept like nasi campur where you pick your fav dishes to add to your nasi lemak!
My favs were:
🍗Fried chicken - crispy, juicy and rempah is a must-try!
🐮Beef rendang - has quite a spicy kick with tender beef
🥚Sambal telur - sweet, spicy and creamy. If you’re a egg lover, go for this!
🥬 Sambal veg - fresh, tender, not too spicy
🫘 Crispy tempe - pretty unique if you like a crunch to your nasi lemak
Rice was not bad but could be more fragrant, sambal wasn’t too spicy too. I like how they have a vast variety of dishes and other hot food like fried noodles. Washed down with really fresh non sugared orange juice and less sweet cham, this really hit the spot!
